Service on our 530i was okay. However, one of the tires had a piece of metal in it and tech and rep said needed four new tires. They could have completed that same day for another However, one of the tires had a piece of metal in it and tech and rep said needed four new tires. They could have completed that same day for another $1850, on top of the $589 charge for oil and filter changes. I declined the tire replacement, went to Dobbs tire on way home, and they fixed the tire for $35. Not pleased with the attempt to push me into four new tires. More

Over the years I bought several BMWs from Autohaus. They always gave a good deal and their service has been top notch. Marquis was our salesman on the last purchase. I scheduled a service appointment with Autohaus several weeks ago and clearly outlined the needs of my vehicle using your online booking tool. In the description, I explained that my vehicle had been struc weeks ago and clearly outlined the needs of my vehicle using your online booking tool. In the description, I explained that my vehicle had been struck in a parking lot and required both body work and repair to the front tires. I requested a full assessment and repair of the damage as needed. Prior to the appointment, I even spoke directly with a service technician to confirm the details. During that call, I reiterated that I would be leaving my vehicle with Autohaus for an entire week while I was on vacation, specifically to allow ample time to complete the necessary work. At no point between booking the appointment and dropping off the car did anyone inform me that Autohaus could not perform the body work—or even coordinate with the body shop located immediately next door. It was only when I arrived to drop off the vehicle that I was told the body work could not be handled. Had I been informed of this earlier, I would have made entirely different arrangements. As a result, I’m left with an unresolved issue and a significant waste of time. To be clear, the Autohaus sales team has always been excellent in my experience. However, the service department needs to be significantly more detail-oriented and proactive in communication. I will be taking my vehicle to West County BMW going forward—not only because it’s closer to home, but because I need a service team I can rely on for thorough and complete care. More
