For over 2 months I've been searching for a new car, and considered both, either leasing or buying. I did a ton of research, reached out to many many dealers , and test drove a bunch of cars. While they all considered both, either leasing or buying. I did a ton of research, reached out to many many dealers , and test drove a bunch of cars. While they all had one thing in common, they're looking to lease or sell cars, these dealers had another 1 negative thing in common. Costumer service! It was impossible to reach some dealers, their prices were figayzee, and just wouldn't answer a simple email or phone for weeks at a shot. Man that was irritating as ****! Long story short, I started to look local, went to some big dealerships and got the same "special" treatment. I came across Eautolease online ( and I know of them because I live in the neighborhood) and honestly I was concerned they wouldn't deal with me because I'm looking to lease a Kia. Not the bmw and Mercedes kind of cars I always see parked in front of the business. At that point though, I literally had nothing to lose and everything to gain, I said what the xxxx. I sent a message to Eautolease online on July 2nd, got a phone call immediately from them, and spoke with a sales person named Inna. I was very straight forward and explained I want to lease this car, and I'm on a tight schedule and need to sign ASAP. We spoke for a bit and worked out a very fair price. She called me back shortly after that to confirm the colour I wanted was available and bam! We we're ready to do business. What I've been trying to do for over 8 weeks just took under 1 hour! We exchanged info, I was approved immediately, Inna assisted me in speaking with insurance company as well, and it was finalized. She also followed up through texting to make sure things were running smoothly . 1 day later , on July 3rd my car was delivered. It was deliver by the OWNER himself lol I lease a Kia , not a Lamborghini! But the owner personally drove the car down to me anyways. He explained all documents to me and exactly what I was signing , gave me the time to read it over, and it was set in stone. I've got my car! The most simple leasing process I have ever done in my life! I would absolutely recommend every and anybody to use these guys. I wanna mention a little something extra about Inna. Sometimes in life we stress about things that are 3rd party, what I mean by this is (in my case) these xxxxxxxx dealerships! Big and small they played so many games with me and I thought xxxx... Leasing a car is gonna give me xxxx, but my opinion changed when Inna called me back, speaking with her wasn't a yes or no, it was her elaborating further into the topic at hand Her knowledge of leasing , business, and cars far superceded the "big shots" out there. This is what costumer service is! This is what it should look like across the board. Just dealing with people who are easy to deal with, not uptight and gnarly like some other mother jumpers out there we know. It was a real simplified pleasure to do business with Inna and Eautolease, putting the business aspect aside, I feel like I made a new friend. Most importantly of all 🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄😂😈 More

She went to bat for us every time and got us exactly what we needed. What could have easily been a nerve-wracking, complicated endeavor, Inna made feel like a picnic. She was there for us every step of the way and is still a huge source of help and guidance for us even now after it's been all said and done. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and helping others. We are very thankful and are very happy with our overall experience and of course with our new car:)!!!!
