My reason for not giving all these people 5 stars is because not once did anyone e bother calling me to inform me as to what was going on with my daughters car. It would have been nice to know and kept because not once did anyone e bother calling me to inform me as to what was going on with my daughters car. It would have been nice to know and kept updated. I am very pleased with all that’s been done and replaced because of the engine failure. I am extremely grateful to Derrick for finally calling to let me know that her car was ready and I will not have to pay anything. More

I have dealt with this dealership since 2003 and have always had a good experience. Not the last two visits. (One was stopping by to check for used inventory, with very specific interests. They sat me d always had a good experience. Not the last two visits. (One was stopping by to check for used inventory, with very specific interests. They sat me down and took nearly 45 minutes to check. This should have taken two minutes. Then they insisted I wait while they brought in a vehicle. The vehicle was not the make or model I asked for and was considerably more than the figure I gave them. THEN they proceeded to turn me over to someone else who tried to add all kinds of things to the cost of vehicle. It was now nearly double the price I had asked for. I found them to be condescending at the very least. They had wasted nearly two hours of my time. I had been looking all over and everywhere else was pretty straight forward and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I did find a wonderful dealer who gave me straight up off the lot price for what we were looking for. Next was an appointment for a free oil change and inspection . I had called twice to schedule but was told it was too early (for the oil change). I also asked to be sure that I had lifetime (not 3 year oil changes and was assured I did. When I got there I was told that now I was too late for my free oil change because it had been 3 years. Had I come in earlier (which I had been told was too early) it would have been free. The service guy was not my regular team and was very irritated with me. He agreed to the free change but was in no way gracious about it. He also told me the only way I could get a back wiper blade was from the dealership. I stopped on the way home and picked one up at Auto Zone. When everything was done he handed me some stapled sheets and told me I was “good to go” Later on I looked through the sheets and saw that I needed both cabin and engine air filters! While putting those in I noticed some of my fluids were low, including coolant. I just assumed they would have checked fluids and topped off. I thought they were supposed to rotate tires but I don’t see anything that says they were. This dealership is definitely not the caliber it used to be. More
