When I’m ready to buy a vehicle I always cringe about who I’m gonna have to deal with. I was charged for your "plan" that is supposed to include nitrogen in the tires plus some sort of protection on the seats. The seats were still being cleaned when I took the truck and it was late so I didn't nitrogen in the tires plus some sort of protection on the seats. The seats were still being cleaned when I took the truck and it was late so I didn't think about it until days after. I questioned the nitrogen, because there should be different stem caps and there are not, so I don't believe this was actually done (along with the protection). I was also told the spare key would be sent to me the next day. After several dollowup calls, I was finally told the key had been lost. I am still waiting on a new key. I also still don't have a license plate and mine expires this month. While I realize this MAY not be your fault, based on the other issues, I have doubts. I live over an hour away from the dealership so it is not feasible for me to show up there to resolve these issues. I feel disrespected after the sale. More
