Overall, I was not very happy with my experience at Columbia Honda. I am a college student, so normally I would go to my Honda dealership at home, but I had to get service to my car before the school y Columbia Honda. I am a college student, so normally I would go to my Honda dealership at home, but I had to get service to my car before the school year ended. I think Columbia Honda could adopt some of the practices of my usual Honda back in O’Fallon MO. When I arrived at Columbia Honda for my oil change appointment, I pulled into the service garage and there were no employees out there at all. I realize this probably isn’t required or mandatory, however it is helpful to know how far they would like me to pull my car up, and it is nice to get any sort of greeting. As a young girl often going to these appointments alone, friendly workers make the whole interaction less nerve racking. Furthermore, when picking my car up after the oil change was finished, I had to walk back through the lot to retrieve my car. Again, I realize it is not mandatory to have the car pulled around for you, but I would really appreciate not having to walk back through that lot by myself, especially seeing that the Columbia Honda isn’t in the nicest part of town. I don’t think it is too much to ask for one of the multiple employees sitting around on a calm Wednesday to bring my car to the front for me. More
