Outstanding Experiance I had the opportunity to work with Marc from BMW Westlake South on the purchase of my 335d. Purchasing a vehicle online was a first for me. Being from I had the opportunity to work with Marc from BMW Westlake South on the purchase of my 335d. Purchasing a vehicle online was a first for me. Being from Connecticut and unable to look at the vehicle on person Marc sent me pictures of the car within 10 minutes of my initial phone call with a very reasonable price. Marc provided very prompt responses to phone calls and emails. My wife and I were picked up at the airport 2 days after initial contact by Marc in a very nice 535i. BMW of Westlake let us use a loaner vehicle for the rest of the day to enjoy Cleveland while my BMW was finishing being prepared. A quick visit with Dan from finance and we were on our 600+ mile ride home. This dealership was simply outstanding. More

Insulting Customer Service from Sales Manager Let me first explain what a great job Jeff Hughes did in communicating and negotiating with me. All my negotiations were via email or over the phone Let me first explain what a great job Jeff Hughes did in communicating and negotiating with me. All my negotiations were via email or over the phone and Jeff was very straightforward and accommodating. I have no issues with Jeff and I wish him the best of luck. The negotiated price was great and we were about to close the deal over the phone. There was only a matter of $500 difference between us, so Frank Steffen the Sales Manager was called in to "close the deal". He wanted to understand why I was unwilling to go another $500 on the price of the car. My basic reasoning was that I could wait for a better deal as there are tons of 2015 models still to be had and other dealers were making very similar deals and that I was in a position of leverage. Pretty simple. Wow! I have never been accosted on the phone from a salesperson or anyone in the service industry the way Frank attacked me. He started to engage in an emotional attack based on what I said. He basically said that he hopes that I don't find myself out of job because someone else was in a position of leverage. An indirect threat in my view! All for $500 on a $68k car! A simple "no - we can't make that deal" would have gone a long way toward me reconsidering my position. Truly unprofessional and disrespectful! But now I plan to recommend to all my friends and contacts that they avoid dealing with the likes of this dealership based on that phone call. Very disappointing! Westlake BMW, you have lost a potential customer and future ones as far as I can help it. More

Scott Wright emailed me right away and apologized for what I had gone through. He went out of his way to answer every single question I had and also to discuss various options with me. I truly felt he had my best interests at heart and wasn't just trying to sell a car. He was building rapport and trust and without any pressure whatsoever. He didn't hesitate to provide an excellent price and listened to my needs and what I wanted. I have an appointment set up to look at several vehicles now with him, and I can honestly I feel confident I will be getting the best deal and service at BMW of Westlake and with Scott Wright. More

Red Carpet Treatment BMW was initially last on my list behind the new Range Rover Sport, Jaguar XJS, and Audi A7 or A8. Since BMW was closest to my house, I stopped there first. After driving the 2015 750 Li xDrive, I was very impressed, but still a bit skeptical that it would be my choice of vehicle. After being less than impressed with the interior of the Range Rover Sport, and not completely sold on the XJS (I liked the interior and features of the BMW better), I decided to go back to the BMW dealership. I never made it to the Audi dealership. What impressed me the most was the service. The sales rep greeted me outside, but it was simply to ask me if I wanted to see something or had any questions. No pressure. After having visited the Land Rover and Jaguar dealer on 3 separate occasions before and never once greeted outside (I ultimately had to go find someone inside), this was an obvious difference out of the gate. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and, based on what he gleaned to be my taste, zeroed me in on the car I ultimate chose. The car is beautiful, a head-turner, and was priced to move. The care truly gave me the "WOW" I was looking for. I was also impressed with the maintenance program, which was better than that on the Jaguar. I was treated very well throughout the process. When I went to pick-up the car, it was glistening on the showroom floor, ready for delivery. They also followed up after the sale to offer me an Encore Delivery; an opportunity to take the car back in and have them go over any features I had questions with (which are not limited). A very good experience, and a fantastic car. More
