I called earlier and was transferred over to the service department manager who I believe was Alan. Alan told me the only way I could have been refunded is if I brought the car to my trusted mechanic, to only have him diagnose the problem, and bring the car back to Kelly for a third time to actually perform the work. Alan made it very clear he had no intention to refund the faulty brake job. A refund for the brake work would have been the absolute minimum I was expecting, given that they tried to charge me $700 to replace my perfectly good axle and caused me to go without a car for a month.
