I am sorry that we weren't able to get the part needed from the manufacturer before you left for Florida to get your family before the storm hit. We have no control on getting the parts needed from Ford especially on an almost 10 year old vehicle with 157k on it. We stock basics and things for the newer models but its impossible for us to stock everything. I will talk to your advisor about having better communication with you next time.

Mr. Koren, I'm not sure why you would give us this review when you didn't have it towed here. The last time you had it here on 9/1 there were codes for a misfire which lead to spark plugs which were replaced under warranty and we haven't seen it since then. We can't see into the future to see problems that might happen on your 2014 F150.

It is a repeat of the same problem. When I brought it in the first time changing plugs was the answer. Upon driving the truck after the service their was a sound when a load was put on the truck that sounded like a miss fire. I brought it back. Lombard charged me $100 to test drive it and listen. A service was scheduled. The truck was there 4 days awaiting new plugs. When I picked it up I believe I was told the plugs taken out fired fine so were put back in. A few bottles of Octane booster were put in as well. There is some type of problem that needs to be fixed. I just don't trust Lombard any longer for service.

The thing is we found multiple noises and had to have you come in and drive it with the tech to make sure we are chasing the same sound. We got tech line involved and actually let them see what we were dealing with and they pointed us to a SSM that said a pinging sound with your motor is normal if you aren't using high quality gas and then told us to add Octane booster to see if the noise changes which we did and then we put in brand new spark plugs we didn't just put back the used ones because you had 2 codes in the system for misfire p0300 and p0316 which based on Ford's pin point tests lead us to a spark plug issue.
