Sales associate was knowledgeable and did not use high pressure sales tactics, etc. I am an experienced buyer, know what I want, and make my decisions before entering a dealership. Bringing any car I have ever owned in for service has never ranked high on my to do list but the team of Erv and Hector absolutely make it pleasant. Car just went over the 100,000 mark and your folks have certainly kept it running fabulously. Even past visits when the repairs involved a great deal of work and a couple of days to complete - progress was always reported and done in a manner exceeding my expectations. Your customer service exceeds many other shops I've been too and keeps me coming back. More
