I was particularly pleased with the receptionist, her attitude was friendly, nice and efficient. I was particularly pleased with Amber. They had my car longer than I thought they should but they were tro attitude was friendly, nice and efficient. I was particularly pleased with Amber. They had my car longer than I thought they should but they were trouble getting parts. I was able to pick it up off hours which was great, but I got it home and the back of the seat is off and I’m 40 minutes away and I’m 83. I don’t know why the back seat was off. Offered me to bring it up again, but I’m 40 minutes away again like I said so either the back of the seat is still off and that’s the only thing that I’m not happy about and There’s a tire in the trunk inn plastic on top of my lawn chairs that I don’t know what to do with. I don’t know if it’s a new tire or a good tire or a reserve tire or a spare tire and that’s about it. More

There are males in service department who are throwbacks to Martin Luther King protests era. It appears obvious to me the service advisor "Bill Mclane" & service tech or techs are attempting by vehicle sabo to Martin Luther King protests era. It appears obvious to me the service advisor "Bill Mclane" & service tech or techs are attempting by vehicle sabotage to see me & my 2013 Cadillac or finances departed by mechanic's lean on my vehicle via thousands of dollars at a time "shortly" after a suppossed multipoint inspection on paper to cover tracks. Some people simply refuse to accept the progress of people other than themselves. More
