Always very friendly service department that gives me options and let's me know what repairs will likely be needed at my next visit. I am not happy about the 3% credit card fee that is now added on to th options and let's me know what repairs will likely be needed at my next visit. I am not happy about the 3% credit card fee that is now added on to the bill. The fees banks charge for this service has always been there so not sure why the dealership decided to now add it on. Why not just add it into the prices being charged? And, if someone chooses to pay cash then give them a 3% discount. It is insulting to nickel and dime the customers like this. I see it happening in restaurants typically and avoid those but did not expect this at a car dealership. Like I said, offer a cash discount but just change your prices to reflect the prices and be done with it. More

Maybe it’s my age or the fact I’ve been through the process a few times, Schaumburg Toyota made my car buying experience good enough to say I would buy here again. More

Sadly, we felt the “fast talking” technique immediately. We called about an advertised car and a special discount, and made an appointment two hours before we came into the dealership. We had a family discount from Toyota and we were told they would not honor it, but they’d be happy to “lower” the price…to the original price listed on their website!
