He asked enough questions to get a feel for what we wanted, and when it became clear that we had done plenty of research before coming in, he took those wants seriously. He didn’t push us to buy the highest possible trim package of the vehicle we were looking at, and he in fact actually agreed that the lower cost of the two we were looking at would probably meet our needs the best. William was also spot on with his estimate of when the paperwork would be completed and the vehicle would be ready. He was flexible and collaborative throughout the entire day, and he even went out of his way to find a way to make the insurance verification process work WITHOUT us having to bother our insurance broker, who is a family friend, on the weekend. All in all, I’d highly recommend William for your vehicle buying needs!

I was honestly dreading the process because of past experiences with pushy salespeople, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Randall greeted us at the door with a warm, welcoming attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. He walked us through all of our available options without ever pressuring or rushing us. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision. He took the time to answer every question, carefully compare leasing versus buying, and patiently adjust the numbers as many times as we asked. He remained kind and professional throughout and never made us feel like a burden.
