I did not purchase my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock and for that reason, I was very apprehensive about taking it there for a service issue I was having. To be honest, I did not think that they would be willing to help me. Man was I wrong, the service advisor, Damon Helton, met with me and immediately made me feel welcome and at ease about being there. This was my first Mercedes-Benz purchase, and he took the time to explain everything about my vehicle. He took care of my issue quickly and to be honest, he had me wish that I had purchased my vehicle here. I came away very impressed with Damon and the entire service department. I would highly this service department to anyone having issues with their Mercedes-Benz. Damon and it are top notch!
