My wife and I were looking at mid-sized suvs/crossovers. We were undecided but had narrowed our search down to Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, and Mazda. The car buying experience can be annoying and stressful, as we all know. We had questions about these vehicles but did not want to be pushed or hounded while we were looking around the lot. Some sales people seemed like they were reading off scripts. They didn't ask us questions, didn't listen to what WE were asking, others acted as though we were interrupting them. This is commission sales, we get it. We are in sales also.
Then we went to Capistrano Mazda and met Marcin. Warm, honest, engaging, asked what was important to US !! Imagine that, he cared about what WE wanted ! We were looking at the CX5. He showed us the differences between trim levels and when we told him that we just became grandparents, he went straight into the safety features of the vehicle....again, he listened. When we wanted to get some ideas of lease costs versus purchasing, he and his sales manager, Tom, couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. We explained to Marcin that we still wanted to see Hyundai and Kia. No problem. He said "If you have any questions please feel free to call" NO pressure ! That night we went home and made our decision. The next day we called Marcin and explained what vehicle we wanted, the color and interior, and where we wanted to be monthly. Again, NO problem. He called back within minutes telling us exactly what we need to put down. And again, a BIG thank you to his sales manager for accommodating us by giving us the numbers. Other dealers won't give you ANY information if your not ready to sign on the dotted line. We went to the dealership that night, Marcin and his manager Moe, found us the vehicle that we wanted and we DID sign on the dotted line ! Joey, the finance manager, met us with the paperwork and everything went very smoothly. 2 days later when we went to pick up the car, we found out that the dealer that they were going to get the car from sold it that day. Marcin and Moe scrambled to get us another vehicle and had I'm there waiting for us. Kevin, the other finance manager, had the new paperwork all ready for us and again, everything went smooth as silk. And THIS vehicle had 50 less miles on it !! We are VERY satisfied customers and could not recommend this team of professionals any more highly. A WONDERFUL car buying experience !

This was my first car I've ever bought ( leased), and Tony Witsoe was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable about my first purchase. He was not pushy and understood the price range i wanted to stay in, and made the process easier than i thought it would be. Cracked jokes, and made the car shopping experience fun and relaxed, rather than just trying to get me to buy a car.
Armando also helped later during the sale when i decided the actual model i wanted to get. He ended up finding the color I wanted for the base model, ( the dark crystal blue), and also went out of the way to find what i was looking for. Got a 3 yr lease, great mileage and at a great price, as a college graduate!
Overall a very genuine experience, and as a first shopper, made me feel comfortable, at ease and honestly, very happy about my first purchase

Danielle Brian has been our Savior. Our 2104 ford focus has had to be serviced 4 times now for the same problem with transmission. We have tried to patient, but our patience and loyalty to Ford is waning! Thank goodness for Palm Springs motors and Danielle Brian, or we would be litigating this problem, instead of singing praises for the best employee a business could want or have! Danielle has been super sensitive to our problem, and because of her we are going to give our focus another chance. Again this review does not reflect the excellent employees at Palm Spring Motors, just the incompetence of Ford the corporation for having the audacity to produce many Lemons in the Focus itself.

Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

They rushed the sale of my vehicle & when I found problems they said it was fixed & actually wasn't. 2-3 months later still finding problems & the owner Frank said it is not his problem & he will not fix anything on my car. Very tacky customer service, poor people skills, & they'll do or say anything to make a sale or get rid of a car. Extremely nice in your presence but as soon as you leave with your vehicle it is now your problem not theirs. Such a disappointment & waste of my money & time!

I just bought a Mazda CX-5 from Fred and Bob Baker after one month of looking around. I am picky and haggle a lot. I started my search at Escondido, but they provided no follow-up and it really felt like they didn't want to fight for my business. Fred on the other hand was very, very responsive on email and very honest (even suggesting waiting a week for upcoming discounts which ended up saving me $750 more!). He endured about 3 weeks of emails and back and forths from myself. Even the finance and docs aspects was easy and non-pushy. Fred really went above and beyond for me when one of the Mazda Corp discounts wasn't coming through. It was clear he wanted to be sure I was covered. Oh, and they beat Escondido Mazda pricing by around $2k!
Mysterious Extra Fees - Mazdafan
We found a nice Mazda 3 that we were willing to make an offer on, only to be held hostage at this dealership for four hours while they went back and forth over the price. The final offer they gave us didn't list the tax, title, registration or other fees, there was just a lump sum. The itemized price of the car jumped $5,000 with no explanation or itemization of the extra $5,000 and we were told they couldn't print it out.

Razzari is the place to be if you're in the market for a vehicle. Excellent service from top to bottom. Made buying my new F-150 a very enjoyable experience. If you find yourself there and want to have the best service possible and want to be taken care of throughout the entire process then asking for "Zach" is a must. Zach was very professional and I never once felt pressured into buying. He answered all of my questions, helped me on his days off, found the exact truck I wanted in another city and even went to pick it up for me! He continues to answer all of my questions to this day (weeks after buying). I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Zach!
