“I've been thinking of buying a new car for the past year. My CRV is already 14 years old and has started to give me problems. I did research on the Honda CRV, Toyota RAV4, Nissan Rogue and Subaru. My first options were Toyota and Honda since I've owned them in the past and found them dependable. But I also wanted to try something different. Something I would really like (style, trim, body,size and color...and the financing options). So, after many attempts to visit the dealerships, 2 of my friends had bought Mazda CX-5s. One is Sport and the other one is Grand Touring. They told me all the features and how they love it so I'm starting to get curious and I started to do my research on the CX5. While checking online, the chat popped out and asked me to enter my info so they could call me back. During the day, I got a notification from my phone. Matt Heidrich from Elk Grove Mazda sent me a text just to see where I was in the car buying process and if there was anything he could do to assist. He asked what my budget was and what kind of car I'm eyeing to get. He gave me more info on the model,buyer reviews, payment options, etc. Matt was so easy to talk with. So after few days of email and exchanging text messages with Matt, I finally decided to visit the dealership. As I entered the dealership, I felt at home not only because I brought my family with me but folks at the dealership were very friendly. Matt took us for a test drive and I really liked the CX-5. So I asked Matt whats the next step. I started the credit app. We checked my credit score. I was kinda nervous because I haven't checked my credit report in such a long time. I get approved, got a reasonable APR. Matt helped me all throughout the buying process.
Matt and Kyle were very kind and easy to work with. Didn't expect to take the car home the same day. Considering it was kinda late. Matt helped me sync my phone to the car, walked me through all the features of the car and answered all of my questions.
Mazda of Elk Grove had the most positive reviews on Yelp of any other dealership I looked at. Actually , it wasn't a difficult car buying experience. I feel good about the whole experience. And I really do love the car.

Used Galpin Lincoln this time; other Galpin divisions in the past. Sale reps always very knowledgeable and friendly without pressure. Service when needed is very responsive. Showrooms spacious and clean with Starbucks or other snack service. The Lincoln MKZ 400 hp AWD Black Label is best car I've ever driven, with every advanced feature and incredible power. Will never even consider BMW or Mercedes again. Highly recommend Steve Rodgers as sales rep.

Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful when I showed up to take a look at the available inventory this past weekend. Having never purchased a new car from a dealership before (previous cars were always used and purchased directly from the previous owners), I was nervous; I had always heard about how hellish the experience could be with high pressure tactics and time consuming meetings in windowless rooms. Thankfully, my experience was fantastic. Everyone that I dealt with, from the sales man to the financing agent and everyone in-between was awesome; while add-ons were offered, I did not at all feel pressured to add any extra bells and whistles. A very pleasant experience all around, and I would indeed recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Read the fine print and ask questions!!!!!!! - nitrogen
My wife and I used the Costco Auto program for the first time. Great program I recommend it. We confirmed our appointment on Friday night for Saturday morning. We arrived at 9am, they had the car all prepped and ready to go a Black on Black 2016.5 CX5 GT with the Tech package, my wife loved it. The gentleman we were supposed to deal with was out sick that morning so we were dealing with Wes Akers. They actually matched another dealers quote. We were happy.
As the negotiation process went on my wife and I noticed that there was an increase of $1,500.00. I asked Wes why the increase "Wes stated it was the "Platinum package" which we did not choose or want. It consists of leather treatment for the seats, etched VIN number on the doors (it's a label) and nitrogen air in the tires....yes nitrogen air, all this for $1,500.00 more. This really got me upset. I said I don't want that car find me another one without the treated seats and nitrogen Air and labels on the doors. Wes said that all there cars are prepped that way and he could not do anything about that. My wife and I got up and walked out. I asked Wes one question before we left and to be honest with me....Wes "Do I need this" his response "No you don't" then why are you trying to sell me something I don't need or want...he could not answer that.
As we were walking out they were having a BBQ out side. It's was already noon so my wife and I ate lunch and headed towards the other dealer. Before I could back out of there parking lot Ralph Deaguilar came out to my car tapped on my window and asked me what the problem was as if he did not know. He said "If he I can get the Platinum package for $700.00 would I take it, I said no but I did tell him go back in side and if you can get it for $500.00 then I would....he came out and said he couldn't....what a surprise....honestly I was never going to get it.
I will not mention the other salesperson because she had no control on this sale....she was great kind and courteous she brought my wife some tea. Wish we had made the sale with her.
Puente Hills Mazda was the first dealer I ever purchased a car from this was mentioned yet it didn't even mean anything....you are just a sale. If they ask me to show them my contract from my first car I will because I still have it and that was 30 years ago.
My opinion of this dealership is our experience only I would recommend this dealer but read the fine print fine print and ask questions.

This was my second new car purchase in my life, and this couldn't have been any easier. I worked with Ed, he was able to find me a car that fit into my budget, and also with all the features that I wanted. When I told Ed I would be unable to make it in to sign the paperwork, he had a salesperson drop the car off to my doorstep! Over 70 miles away! What a great experience, I couldn't be happier.

I have to say that this was one of the best car experiences I've had. I went to the dealership looking at the VW SUVs and with the help of James Jamous, I am ready to roll. The best buying experience I have ever had in my entire life. I have never been treated so well and with so much patience and respect. At times I felt my wife and I were asking too much questions and the salesman were so patient in answering all the questions we had. We didn't even have a clear picture of what we wanted and based on everything we told them we liked and wished for they showed us the most perfect and gorgeous car I have ever had. It was like going to a doctor telling him all our symptoms and giving us the right answers and medication needed to feel better. Both my wife and I are so grateful for all of their time, patience, courtesy and knowledge.

Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

This dealer installs LoJack on every vehicle and will not honor a TrueCar price and force you to buy the useless LoJack. This is false advertising and deceptive. LoJack is 1980's technology and only used to increase the dealers profit.
