Just wanted to take the time to leave a review regarding my first car buying experience. As soon as I walked up to Tustin Mazda me and my mom were greeted with a friendly smile. Rossi was the salesman that helped us, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. He answered all the questions we had and directed us to the car that fit our needs. When it came down to talk about pricing, he made everything extremely simple and fair. If you're on the lookout for a new car, Rossi will definitely take care of you. Tell him Devin sent you!

It is always scary going into a car dealership not knowing what to expect, but it was a completely different experience going to CJ Wilson Mazda. I was immediately greeted by Yuvi. He answered all the questions and concerns I had when it came to selecting the right vehicle that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the features my vehicle could do. When it came to the financing aspect I was assisted by Ryan. He also made sure I understood what I was signing and helped me feel at ease before making my final decision. I liked the fact the they didn't act like pushy salesman, instead made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I am a happy customer and I love my new car!

First time car buyer. Spent close to 3 weeks researching for a CX-3 Grand Touring in AWD, this was the only dealership with a color I liked. I requested a price quote online that morning, received a response from Hussein within the hour. It was relatively quick process, I arrived that 4 in the afternoon and left there with a brand new car at 7.
When I arrived Hussein greeted me and handed me off to Ed for a test drive. Ed was a great guy. I went in with a certain expectation and Ed definitely defied my expectations. He was very straight forward and he even knew a few things about the car that I did not, and I had spent a lot of time researching this car. He just presented the car and showed me what it can do. No fluff, no magic hand waving that this car could fly like a unicorn, just the facts. There was a small hiccup during the financing portion, financing tried to play a few games with the extended warranty coverage and it took a little while to work that out but that was a small blip during an otherwise great experience..... 10/10 would buy again.

He heard what I was looking for in a vehicle and matched me with the perfect car and something that was in my budget. The entire dealership was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. I had a '90 Honda Accord that was having endless problems and it was time for a new vehicle! I was very interested in the Mazda 3 isport sedan so I went online to receive a quote. I received one from Michael Yums at Putnam Mazda Burlingame that got me to walk into the dealership. He was very kind and pleasant that first day and showed me the Mazda 3 sedan. I never felt any pressure from Michael during my visit, he was friendly, informative, helpful and cheerful. I'm so happy that after a week and a half of my deciding what to do, can I afford this, that with my offered down payment, Michael showed me a monthly payment I could afford and agreed to for the Mazda 3! The one I wanted per the Deep Crystal Blue color was still there! I had a Mazda b3000 truck for a while years ago that I loved, and was hoping to be able to own a Mazda vehicle once again! I've had the car for 3 days now and I love and adore it! I'm so glad I had a very pleasant experience with Mazda Putnam from beginning to end when I rolled off the lot in my new ride :)

I have to say that this was one of the best car experiences I've had. I went to the dealership looking at the VW SUVs and with the help of James Jamous, I am ready to roll. Walked onto the lot, found the Truck I wanted, Offered Sticker Price.... and was turned down. I didn't even attempt to force the guys to haggle after the Test drive, was thoroughly impressed, and Genuinely wanted the Truck. The reason I'm not giving this dealership a Single star is because of the Salesmen, they truly know how to make you feel welcome and at ease, they deserve 5 stars. The reason for there being no closing of a deal at sticker price: The management. Do yourself a favor and request that the boss come out of his hole of an office to show you around the lot First, that way you don't waste time building unnecessary and Inaccurate rapport with the wrong "Person" selling to you, and also that way you're talking directly to someone that can give you a straightforward and honest answer without having to ask someone else about the plain-as-day sticker asking price.

Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

I bought a 2016 MX5 Miata from this dealer. The convertible top failed within days. My car has been into Tracy Mazda's service dept for repair three times and is not repaired. Do I need say any more of their customer service?

When working with a sales manager here, ask for Robert (Bob) Taylor. He is respectful and doesn't try to push you around or change/hide numbers. I wish I could have only worked with him. Salesman was nice and eager to help, but that should be expected.
I love my car, but unfortunately several small-ish parts of my buying experience added up to me being glad I have closer options for when I need service and don't need to go back there.
