First I started out through their website and Steve first contacted me by e-mail to grab some specifics on what I was looking for and later called me to fine tune things as my first choice in color wasn't available in a Mazda3 Touring manual atm. He was very professional in both cases and was able to give me a great quote. From there Steve set me up with an appointment to me with Andre on July 4th to check out and test drive a car. Andre was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He answered any questions I had and explained about a couple nice features the car had that I wasn't aware of. Andre gave me a great deal on a Mazda3 Grand Touring since I had expressed how I originally wanted a deep crystal blue that wasn't available in the Touring but he had one in Grand Touring. It was a little more but with the deal he had worked out wasn't much more than I had planned on since I was doing to add on some of the features the Grand Touring had anyways but gained since couple nice extras that wouldn't have been available without stepping up. From there Peter took over and helped me take care of my financing through CalCoast, which I wasn't even aware I'd be able to do there especially since it was a holiday. He was able to explain all the paperwork very clearly and guided me through the whole process promptly so I could enjoy the rest of the 4th. All in all, I had an exceptional experience with all 3 gentlemen that help me and would gladly recommend John Hine to any of my friends and family.

Our daughter had leased a car through Mazda of Huntington Beach and had nothing but good things to say. When it was time for us to think about a new car we decided to take her advice and go see the folks at Mazda of HB. So glad we did. We met with Joe Rosales and he was awesome to work with. Professional and low key, he answered all of our questions, found the exact car we wanted, and came in with great pricing. He even drove to San Diego on a Friday afternoon to pick the car up from another dealer so we could drive our new car on vacation that started the following Monday. Our tire pressure light went off while driving from LA to San Diego, so we stopped by Capistrano Mazda on the way. They found the reason for the warning light (nail in the tire), patched it quickly, and even washed the car - all with great service and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

We were shopping with our Costco referral and got Julie. She was so knowledgeable, and friendly. We already knew what we wanted and was able to order the car. Our car came in a few days early and when we went to pick it up Julie showed us how everything worked.She was patient and thorough. Then we had to sit down with Vang and had a high pressure conversation about a security system and extended warranty. He said there wasn't an alarm system but we found out he met they was not a security system.'At one point we nearly left without the car. Also since we were paying cash for the car I do not know why they ran a credit check. We have a fraud alert on us and got notified of the credit report. Although I understand having to provide a social security number, no one said that a credit report was going to be ordered.

So my husband has been diving this 96 Honda and has been putting money into it constantly. It was just a car to get to work and back but it was on its last leg. we had gone to a dealer ship in concord and they were not very helpful with helping us find a car we could afford. I got discouraged with the process so we didn't go looking again for awhile until today when my husband got a flat tired with our 3 year old son and 5 month old nephew and the lug nut broke while trying to fix the tire and he just had his last straw with the car.
I had been pre approved for financing at team supporters so we went out there to check it out. We were immediately welcomed as soon as we pulled up by Mark Aghili. I showed him my letter from the financing company that I had gotten and he immediately brought us in and gave us some water (it was a super hot day). He got us started on our application. It was nice because instead of just showing us cars right away which can be discouraging with all the prices he found out how much we were approved for so we knew what price range we were in. With the help of the Asst. Manager Rocco Marconni they figured out what type of car we were looking for to narrow the search down. Rocco is so good with numbers he narrowed it down to a car that was right in our price range. Mark pulled the car up and it was perfect. We fell in love right away. They were so thorough with the whole process it made it so easy going in and buying a car. We are very happy with our new car and it all thanks to Mark and Rocco. Such great customer service I will recommend them to anyone who ask were they can find a new car. And it was our first car we had bought. Thank You So Much :)

Great Experience! Ed is very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure he just presented the facts. We like that! Very warm and friendly staff at this dealership. The cost of the car compared to the feature it comes with is such a great buy. Happy to have done business with them. Another cool thing, they gave us a car "birth certificate" and asked us to name our car, how cool is that! :) So now we are enjoying our "snoopy"Mazda CX5 in pearl white!!!

Best car dealership I've ever worked with. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. You can tell that they stress customer service here. The salesman I worked with, Philip Policarpio, was amazing. I told him what I wanted and what my budget it was and he made it happen, no questions asked. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need or try to rip me off. He truly wanted to help me get the car I wanted at the best deal possible. He even spent the time after he made the sale to walk through everything in my new 2016 Mazda CX-5 and make sure I knew everything about my lease. I 100% recommend Galpin Mazda and Philip Policarpio. If I end up getting another Mazda after this lease is up, there is no doubt in my mind that I will work with Philip again.

I did take one star off (I could have it would only be 1/2 of a star) because the porters took a very long time (35 minutes) to bring me my car once it was called for by the cashier, who was also very nice.

I've never been loyal to a dealership until now. I purchased a new Mazda CX9 from Cole Chrysler a few years back and had a great experience. I serviced my vehicle through Matt in the service department and he rocks. He actually cares about my car.
Last year I bought a used Jeep Commander and I had some warranty work done. Matt went overboard to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently. He went beyond what a normal employee would do for a customer.
As a result I have become a customer for life. If you want to deal with people who care as much about your car as you do, buy from Cole Chrysler. If you're ok with taking chances, visit another dealer.

My wife and I used the Costco Auto program for the first time. Great program I recommend it. We confirmed our appointment on Friday night for Saturday morning. We arrived at 9am, they had the car all prepped and ready to go a Black on Black 2016.5 CX5 GT with the Tech package, my wife loved it. The gentleman we were supposed to deal with was out sick that morning so we were dealing with Wes Akers. They actually matched another dealers quote. We were happy.
As the negotiation process went on my wife and I noticed that there was an increase of $1,500.00. I asked Wes why the increase "Wes stated it was the "Platinum package" which we did not choose or want. It consists of leather treatment for the seats, etched VIN number on the doors (it's a label) and nitrogen air in the tires....yes nitrogen air, all this for $1,500.00 more. This really got me upset. I said I don't want that car find me another one without the treated seats and nitrogen Air and labels on the doors. Wes said that all there cars are prepped that way and he could not do anything about that. My wife and I got up and walked out. I asked Wes one question before we left and to be honest with me....Wes "Do I need this" his response "No you don't" then why are you trying to sell me something I don't need or want...he could not answer that.
As we were walking out they were having a BBQ out side. It's was already noon so my wife and I ate lunch and headed towards the other dealer. Before I could back out of there parking lot Ralph Deaguilar came out to my car tapped on my window and asked me what the problem was as if he did not know. He said "If he I can get the Platinum package for $700.00 would I take it, I said no but I did tell him go back in side and if you can get it for $500.00 then I would....he came out and said he couldn't....what a surprise....honestly I was never going to get it.
I will not mention the other salesperson because she had no control on this sale....she was great kind and courteous she brought my wife some tea. Wish we had made the sale with her.
Puente Hills Mazda was the first dealer I ever purchased a car from this was mentioned yet it didn't even mean anything....you are just a sale. If they ask me to show them my contract from my first car I will because I still have it and that was 30 years ago.
My opinion of this dealership is our experience only I would recommend this dealer but read the fine print fine print and ask questions.

Erik has been a big help and accomodating, he provided all my questions regarding purchasing a new car. I have been eyeing on hatchbacks and he gave me the time to think on getting the new mazda3. I worked with Ed, he was able to find me a car that fit into my budget, and also with all the features that I wanted. When I told Ed I would be unable to make it in to sign the paperwork, he had a salesperson drop the car off to my doorstep! Over 70 miles away! What a great experience, I couldn't be happier.

I got to the dealership a little before closing. I knew exactly what I wanted (model, color, features) and although the car wasn't in stock, Brian searched and found it for me. They worked with me to get my payment to where I wanted it to be monthly and even helped me get set up my car settings (Android Auto, Bluetooth, etc.) once it was available for pick-up. Contract was signed before closing time and I am one happy camper. Definitely will go back for future purchases. Brian was awesome!

Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

I have shopped at Razzari Ford a number of times and have always had a good experience with their sales team. This past Friday is the first time I purchased a car from them. It was a used Honda with very high miles, but I got a good price and am very happy with the experience (kudos to David and Omar for helping me out). They let me to take it to my local mechanic for a once-over before purchasing it, and their service department corrected the couple of issues the mechanic uncovered (the brake rotors needed some work). A couple of days after bringing it home, there was another issue and I took it back and was treated fairly. I see they get some mixed reviews on Yelp, but I can tell you that my experience with them was great and I plan on giving them the first shot on my next new or used vehicle.
