Amazing Service - Ed
Compared to the other dealers in the Elk Grove Auto Mall, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest! We had been loyal to another brand for 30 years and made the switch to Mazda this week. We were forced to buy a car quickly as our beloved 10 year old car died. Luckily we kind of knew what we wanted. Nick and Matt (and the entire staff) were knowledgeable, understanding and patient with our mess. They provided all of the information we needed we no pressure at all. Wish we needed another car. The only question would be which Mazda to buy!

I think I was spoiled as a first time car buyer! I've heard some horror stories about car buying but Larry was the complete opposite. I saw the car online and called to ensure it was still there. He brought the car out front was happily greeted us when we got there. He was knowledgeable about the car but didn't try to push you on anything. Instead, he answered any questions and let us take our time and think for ourselves. I didn't really plan to walk away with a car that day, but I fell in love with my Mazda.
The rest of the Tustin Mazda staff were also very respectable and friendly. I would definitely go back again!

Michael & Max made our experience at Mazda a great one! We walked in last Thursday to get my sister the new Soul Red Mazda 6 for her Birthday. Michael showed us the cars available at their location, and when he realized we were looking for something in specific he offered to take us to their lot which is a located a few miles away from the dealership. My sister took her time picking the right car, and Mike was very patient and helpful. He even let us drive the car back to the dealership as test drive by ourselves! He gave us a great deal and never try to oversell or push us to buy anything extra, only made suggestions which I appreciate.
He then introduced us to Max who did our paperwork. He was very speedy and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed and really comfortable. All around a great experience! Happy to have come back as a repeat client. Kudos to Mazda Culver City! I stopped by to drop off some papers the following Saturday and they were really busy. I am glad we went in on Thursday. They are definitely doing things right!

First time car buyer. Spent close to 3 weeks researching for a CX-3 Grand Touring in AWD, this was the only dealership with a color I liked. I requested a price quote online that morning, received a response from Hussein within the hour. It was relatively quick process, I arrived that 4 in the afternoon and left there with a brand new car at 7.
When I arrived Hussein greeted me and handed me off to Ed for a test drive. Ed was a great guy. I went in with a certain expectation and Ed definitely defied my expectations. He was very straight forward and he even knew a few things about the car that I did not, and I had spent a lot of time researching this car. He just presented the car and showed me what it can do. No fluff, no magic hand waving that this car could fly like a unicorn, just the facts. There was a small hiccup during the financing portion, financing tried to play a few games with the extended warranty coverage and it took a little while to work that out but that was a small blip during an otherwise great experience..... 10/10 would buy again.

Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

This is my third car purchase. They were willing to help and I left behind a terrible deal with my pre-owed 2015 Nissan Sentra. I was very impressed with Richard my mechanic. He took me on a test drive to actually see if I could feel the pulling to the right. He also explained in detail what he did. Service department damaged my car and not taking responsibil - Mgewarges
Service department not responsive. Car came in for a couple recalls to be completed. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed the license plate and frame was smashed in. Luckily no bumper damage, but the right side screw hole is stripped. The license plate was hanging from one side. Clearly there was an incident during service. I've explained my concerns about it, but nobody is getting back to me. It's minor damage, but it's wrong them not getting back to me or taking responsibility as well as having a customer leave service with a license plate that's nearly falling off the bumper. I've called many times. And left multiple voicemails. No response thus far. Terrible! Never again.
