When arriving at the Elk Grove dealership I met a great sales guy named Garrett he was very respectful and did not make me feel over whelmed or try to force a sale he asked what I personally liked and let me show him what I liked rather than what most annoying places usually do and just pick anything and try to force you in and out with a sale the sales guys at this place was super laid back and had positive confidence and well educated on any product they have there and can answer any questions without hesitation also they will work with you on pricing and will still communicate even after the sale with the same respect to answer any questions you may have with ur new purchase and I have many friends that saw my new car and at work and are 100% with the choice he helped me with and have also been there to apparently with the same positive experience, I definitely highly recommend Garrett for advice when it comes to picking out the perfect car.

I drove 40 miles down from LA to shop my new Mazda CX-5 based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. Although they didn't have the exact trim I wanted, Sammy gave me a great deal on a higher trim that I couldn't pass. He was remarkably transparent, very responsive over the phone and email, and came in on his day off to complete the transaction. The sales process was very quick - they didn't try to up-sell - and I was in and out within couple of hours.

My experience started out rather rocky as the initial salesman was rather unreceptive, rude and irresponsible. Thank you for that Andre, your dealership nearly lost a sale. Showrooms spacious and clean with Starbucks or other snack service. The Lincoln MKZ 400 hp AWD Black Label is best car I've ever driven, with every advanced feature and incredible power. I had a '90 Honda Accord that was having endless problems and it was time for a new vehicle! I was very interested in the Mazda 3 isport sedan so I went online to receive a quote. I received one from Michael Yums at Putnam Mazda Burlingame that got me to walk into the dealership. He was very kind and pleasant that first day and showed me the Mazda 3 sedan. I never felt any pressure from Michael during my visit, he was friendly, informative, helpful and cheerful. I'm so happy that after a week and a half of my deciding what to do, can I afford this, that with my offered down payment, Michael showed me a monthly payment I could afford and agreed to for the Mazda 3! The one I wanted per the Deep Crystal Blue color was still there! I had a Mazda b3000 truck for a while years ago that I loved, and was hoping to be able to own a Mazda vehicle once again! I've had the car for 3 days now and I love and adore it! I'm so glad I had a very pleasant experience with Mazda Putnam from beginning to end when I rolled off the lot in my new ride :)

I have to say that this was one of the best car experiences I've had. I went to the dealership looking at the VW SUVs and with the help of James Jamous, I am ready to roll. Was generally a good experience.
Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!
