I came to Mazda not expecting to get one at all! However when Garrett introduced me to my Mazda 3 he didn't hassle me into I simply fell in love with the car on my own. It was an overall easy buying experience and it was my first time. Definitely a dealership I'd recommend and Garret is the guy to talk to!
Mazda's Boomer's Best - Ko's car
This review is for all the baby boomer generation searching for a new car after driving your current car into the ground for 17 yrs. We "boomers" are loyal to brands, hard working and love our independence and freedom for as long as we can. So it is unusual that when I needed a car my brand disappointed me. I set out one Sunday to look for a new car, to downsize a bit and keep my payments to under $400. To get the color I wanted with the amenities I needed to be safe into my golden years as I intend to run this car into the ground as well. I went to this dealer first and found a car that I really liked and the sales person quoted me a price. But to do my due diligence I went across the street to Mazda to see what they had to offer. There could not have been a more different experience between the two dealerships. One corporate looking, cold, no one was friendly. The other was more communal but still professional looking. Kevin spoke to me first and had people in his office (I could see his office with people in it, as all the sales person's offices encircled the lobby area with large glass windows and open doors-transparency). Kevin quickly asked me what my car buying goals were and then introduced me to Shaun McCray. Shaun was down to earth and took the time to explain to me the new things cars had to offer since I bought my old car in 2001. He understood my goals and gave me a written quote of the car I liked on their lot. He understood when I needed time and another go at the dealership across the street. It took a lot for me to switch to another brand that I had been loyal to since I was old enough to drive. But I did. Best price, best treatment, best understanding my needs and my process. I believe I will have a good relationship with this dealership for the life of the car, or me-Ha. Kevin was warm and inviting and Shaun was absolutely a "real" personality. No pressure to buy, no inflating comments. Just professional courtesy, knowledgable and genuine people.

Fredy Campos was professional, attentive, informative, and just made the entire experience very easy.
I came in for an airbag adjustment that stemmed from a recall notice.
I was in and out within 45 minutes - just as Fredy promised. When does that ever happen at a car dealership?
Great buy through Costco - Gotta have a Subaru
Initial buying experience was super quick and very pleasant. We got the car for a competitive price without haggling. We were so pleased.
After you agree to buy the car, you do have to go through the sales pitch for Subaru add on items. Unfortunately, at that point, nothing they want to sell is competitively priced. The sales pitch goes on for a very long time. In my opinion, Subaru should rethink making the dealers go through that.

This was my 2nd time buying from team superstores in Vallejo, ca. After being without a car for two months, nearly losing my job due to my attendance at work. I exhausted all my options. Then along came Joe to help me get the best deal, considering my financial circumstances. Joe and Max kept looking for better deals from the banks. These guy don't know when give up, and kept looking for better deals until we finally got what we wanted. They striked a deal with the bank that I could afford. They even included some perks, such as GPS and window tints! Also, as soon as you step in the dealer you feel like family! Initially Adom helped us with test driving and viewing the vehicle. Later on Andrew took over and quickly found the vehicle with the right equipment that we want. The services provided by both salesmen were awesome. They did a great job explaining the features and did not push to sell us things we don't need. The price negotiation and finance department processes were also not as painful as I'd imagined. I would recommend this dealership to everybody who wants a Mazda Premium experience.

First time car buyer. Spent close to 3 weeks researching for a CX-3 Grand Touring in AWD, this was the only dealership with a color I liked. I requested a price quote online that morning, received a response from Hussein within the hour. It was relatively quick process, I arrived that 4 in the afternoon and left there with a brand new car at 7.
When I arrived Hussein greeted me and handed me off to Ed for a test drive. Ed was a great guy. I went in with a certain expectation and Ed definitely defied my expectations. He was very straight forward and he even knew a few things about the car that I did not, and I had spent a lot of time researching this car. He just presented the car and showed me what it can do. No fluff, no magic hand waving that this car could fly like a unicorn, just the facts. There was a small hiccup during the financing portion, financing tried to play a few games with the extended warranty coverage and it took a little while to work that out but that was a small blip during an otherwise great experience..... 10/10 would buy again.

We had a great employee helping us. Her name was Simone. The only part I would say lacked is just how long it took to actually buy the vehicle. We paid in full--no financing necessary, and we were there for 2 hours. It was really ridiculous. This needs to be streamlined. It should not take that long to purchase a vehicle when you are paying cash for it.

Recently called the dealership about some recall I heard about, in the news.
I had some problem with the person answering the phone.
I was a little miffed. Registered a complaint with the manager.
They called me back next day. Apparently, they reviewed the tape also.
They went the extra distance to take care of the issue AND bent over backwards to accommodate my servicing needs.
That surprised me because I expected the dealer to shrug their shoulders and say "things happen".
But these guys surprised me very pleasantly.
Got to say, my faith is restored - there are good people and decent dealers!

Service department damaged my car and not taking responsibil - Mgewarges
Service department not responsive. Car came in for a couple recalls to be completed. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed the license plate and frame was smashed in. Luckily no bumper damage, but the right side screw hole is stripped. The license plate was hanging from one side. Clearly there was an incident during service. I've explained my concerns about it, but nobody is getting back to me. It's minor damage, but it's wrong them not getting back to me or taking responsibility as well as having a customer leave service with a license plate that's nearly falling off the bumper. I've called many times. And left multiple voicemails. No response thus far. Terrible! Never again.
