I can't thank them enough for a hassle/stress free experience. I visited a slew of so called mega dealers, you know the guys....we can't be beat!!!!!! I was so tired of the multiple layers... Salesmen, Floor Managers and Closers each one more important than the last, blah-blah-blah. Tustin Mazda may not be the biggest but they are the best! Jesus and Jeff are a great team; they care about you and what you need. To them you’re a customer not a conquest, like those so called mega dealers look at you. By the way... how many of those bastards have closed their doors because they only live for today!
Tustin Mazda works hard to make your experience a memorable one; they understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Being a small business owner myself I can relate to them, it's all about service and customer approval. Do yourself a favor and give them chance to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed.
