Absolutely by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Buyers, PLEASE BEWARE. I am writing this review in hopes that in doing so it will help someone else. Please be very careful with what is said to you during the negotiation of the vehicle purchase/payment, and REALLY read the fine print because what you will be told will not reflect what’s in your contract. In my situation I dealt with Sergio Macias(sales manager). I was coming from out of town(after work) and got there at almost 8PM and signed paperwork at about 10PM with still a 2 hour drive ahead of me to get back home. I was so exhausted and felt terrible about having staff there late. I missed information on my contract that was never disclosed to me about an extended warranty after being told misleading information since the manager said it was being thrown in as if it was free as part of the deal. Upon reviewing the contact first thing the next morning I noticed that they added the fees without my knowledge so I tried calling the dealer to ask to have that warranty cancelled and the fees removed. After multiple calls and messages I finally got a call 2 days later just so Sergio can tell me he never said he was throwing it in as part of my deal, then proceeded with making up additional lies by telling me about a conversation that never took place he stated he told me I would have a lower payment if I didn’t add an extended warranty and then proceeding to say that I insisted on keep it(which basically keeps my payment as high as it is; mind you the warranty already covers the engine and transmission for 10 years-why would I purchase a $4,095 warranty for just the inside of the vehicle for an additional 5 years more than whats already being covered?) I’m now being made to feel as if I’m a liar and then he proceeds to tell me he can cancel some of the warranty since I am now having “buyers remorse” according to him, but would only cancel an amount of $3,100 and my payment would stay the same. He stated he has my “signature on 4 pages, and I knew what I was doing” because according to him I requested the extended warranty verbally. He would not even let me talk it was basically him talking over me as I am trying to repeat what he told me while I was there in person and how he lied. He treated me like trash over the phone, I never once was disrespectful to him in any way. I simply wanted to rectify what was done to me. He was not helpful at all, I was in disbelief that this was the person I had dealt with only 2 days ago in person who was so kind and respectful. The way he continued to speak to me was so unprofessional, he refused to make the situation right and hung up on me. Dawn Day(financing) NEVER went over those fees, only explained what was covered. I feel like this whole situation was so wrong both employees knew what was being done and knew that once my signature was there I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. This situation was handled so poorly and with very little professionalism. BUYERS, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

My take on this dealer is that they will try to get you a good deal and they seam to do a good job finding inventory at a good price from everything I saw on the lot. If you''re cool and easy to work with they will actually go the extra mile. They are a small family business and they can't do everything for everybody. The customer experience can typically very a bit in a small business depending on who you work with and so forth. Every family seams to have that lazy brother that wouldn't have a job if he wasn't a brother. I think if your cool with these guys you'll get a great deal. It's always good to do your own homework also now matter where you buy. I like them though. Every price they offered was a little better from where I expected to land on their first offer.thanks

BEWARE!!! Purchased a Tesla from these guys just over a year ago. Was shown no prior accidents and no prior damage. Currently in the process of selling the car and the car fax is coming up with a prior accident with airbags deployed and damage. Spoke with Patrick Reagan at South Coast Mitsubishi today and he informed me that the carfax must be wrong and hung up on me!! I even have emails from the purchase process where he assured me the vehicle had no accident history! This is one for my attorney!

I have had a good experience with this dealership. I knew what car I wanted since I did some research and the pricing of the car was very clear since it is online, so did not go there to negotiate. I had to wait more than I would have wanted until all the paperwork was done, but got an aceptable loan rate. During the first maintenance service there was a problem, I was not happy with that, but I was called back to bring the car and they fixed it promptly. I am thankful that I have a nice Mitsubishi car that runs as expected and that I can trust them to fix any problems promptly.

Took my evo in for service. . Picked it up the next day and it was running horrible. . Told service that it didnt run this way when i brought it in.. had to leave it for another day. Came back to learn the car was never touched. . By the end of the day i was able to pick up the car.. only to realize my service engine light was on.. i mention it to service and they wanted me to leave it again for another day. At this point i was mad.. they should have realize this problem before giving back the car.. a mechanic in the service department claim to own a 900hp evo.. come to realize he was the working on my evo.. next day i picked it up.. service light was off but car ran like xxxx! ! The man who claimed he owned a 900hp evo and supposedly did all the work to his evo couldn't find out what the problem was.. untill i looked underneath the car and realize he didn't /forgot to clamp the hose on the front intercooler. . He fixed the problem. . Took it home and on the way home realize my traction light was not working.. it was working before i took it to them.. took it back the following week.. and the man who knew so much about evo's claimed it was because i had one off brand tire.. which made no sense.. i complained that it just might be a fuse.. he continued to tell me that it was that one tire.. so i brought all 4 new tires. . Took it back and he claimed he didnt have time to check the car.. that it would take him about 2 weeks to look at the car because they were backed up.. and they only had that one mechanic who worked on evo's. . Bye this time i took the evo to tuning technology and realize it was just a fuse the entire time.. they laughed when i mentioned what the mechanic told me.. i recent sold my evo.. the service here at this dealer ship sucks! !

CONCORD KIA AND MITSUBISHI On Oct.28, 2012 we went to the Kia (CONCORD KIA AND MITSUBISHI) dealer looking for a very specific vehicle that we could tow four wheels down to be behind our motorhome (sometimes called a dinghy). We were shown a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee which seemed to fit the requirements; we checked the owner’s manual, and the salesman said he got the transfer case in neutral, we were examining the back of the vehicle and we believed him that everything seemed okay. We were trading in our low mileage 1999 Chevy Tracker (which can be towed four down, but we were looking for a newer vehicle) and were offered $2000 for it; they later came back saying that they overvalued it and would only give us $1500, having been there for several hours we said okay and we added an additional $500 to the down payment. They have since turned around and are now selling it for $7999.00? A week later we were camping with some friends and informed them we had bought a Jeep Cherokee. They told to check and make sure that we could tow it four down. Upon getting home Sunday night I tried to get the transfer case in neutral, and come to find out after much effort and internet search that there was a Jeep that could not be towed and that was the one we bought; my wife took it into a Jeep dealership when she had to get a 2nd key for the vehicle, which cost $257.00 and the Maintenance manager confirmed that indeed it could not be towed. We paid $11,000 for a car we could not use!! We informed the dealer that we wanted our money back, they said they could not do that (not sure why), we have since found out they could have returned our money!!! And after much argument they said they would look for replacement vehicle (a Jeep Liberty Limited). After six weeks of stalling, they have still not found a replacement. It should also be pointed out that they have never responded to our emails or our effort to get them to phone us back we always have to call them. The last call I made I asked who the dealer was calling. His answer was vague,” a wholesaler and I’m checking Craig’s list”. My next question was what you are looking for; answer “a deal that makes sense”. In my next email I asked him makes sense for whom? For us /or the dealership? And of course we have not received an answer back. My theory is that they are trying to buy the replacement vehicle for $7-8000 then turn around and give it to us for the $11,000 we paid for the Jeep Cherokee. This would give them another profit over and well above what they made for selling us the Cherokee and underpaying us for our Tracker. I estimate that they have made a profit of $5-6000 on the Cherokee another $5-6000 on the Tracker for between $10,000 and $12,000. Is there a need to make more profit off us? In conclusion all we asked was a very specific vehicle we could tow behind our motorhome, and what we got was an $11,000 mistake, which they are unwilling to rectify. Conclusion #2, it is now Dec. 7, and our last day to make our first payment, Robert Braun had promised to call yesterday – NO phone call again. I believe they are waiting for us to make that first payment!!

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could go on for paragraphs about how awful the service here is, but I'll keep it short. 1) They got me there under false pretenses, saying they had the car I wanted only to get down there and find out it was on their 'other lot', which turned out to be Huntington Beach Mitsubishi. 2) Got down to the other lot only to find out the car I wanted (a white version) was the dealers racing model, which was $40k more than the standard price of the car. 3) Sales person LIED to me about features of the car by showing me a 2011 model and saying everything on it was included in the 2010 model. 4) Was at the dealer for 8 HOURS to purchase a car that the price was already agreed on via email. 5) Didn't even detail the car after the purchase. They gave it a shoddy wash and an apology of 'Sorry, I'm not a detailing guy.' 6) The whole day at the dealer they didn't offer me anything to drink. They said they didn't have any water and nobody there could even give me a dollar for their soda machine (nice customer appreciation, huh?). 7) The gas station where they gave me a fuel credit to ripped me off. I had a $40 gas voucher, they only gave me $20 of gas and called me a liar when I called them out on it. 8) Subsequent appointments with them (there was a scratch on the car at purchase they said they'd fix) were only met with delays and excuses. It took weeks to get done and only because I kept hassling them. 8) I continue to get emails from their unorganized sales manager (who I had been in correspondence with after purchasing the car) asking if I'm still in the market for a car. I wish I would have seen the other bad reviews here before deciding to deal with LB Mitsubishi, as it would have saved me a lot of headaches. They've tainted the excitement of buying a new car and have likely turned me off from ever buying a Mitsubishi again. In short, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to a dealer that actually appreciates their customers. This dealership only wants your money and will do anything they can to get it.

We live about 2 hours away, so before we left we called ahead to see if it was still available. So, we got on the road, with traffic it took about 3 hours to get there, and when we do get there the car isn't even ready. In fact, it hasn't even been inspected, smogged, or even detailed. So they said they'd give me a call when it was ready. When they called me back I went back to check it out it still hadn't been detailed or smogged, and it still needed an alignment. I would never go back to this dealership, and I don't recommend it for anyone else.

My son and I bought a beautiful 2017 Audi A4 ten days ago at Hayward Mitsubishi. We had such excellent service from Jose and Eduardo. It was one of the best experiences purchasing a car and it was the 9th car I have bought over my lifetime. When my son was driving the next day, the check engine light came on. I notified Eduardo (on his day off) and he quickly responded and connected me to Ali. Ali is the gentleman in charge. When that light came on, I was nervous that we made a mistake buying the car. My son was supposed to drive the car back to college in Southern California and I didn’t want the car to break down. When I called Ali, he was very patient with me. He assured me that he wanted my son to be in a safe car as well. He had his best mechanic, John, take such great care of us. Over the past few days there were a few things that needed to be sorted out. I was emotional but Eduardo,, John and especially Ali, treated me like family. ( family that you like🤣) They were so patient and kind. So very caring. I can’t say enough about this dealership. It really felt like a friendship ❤️ We are HAPPY customers!!!

Just don't ever go there. It's disgusting. They promised they wouldn't waste my time they did that two days in a row. They said they were going to make me fabulous deal on a soul. He took 200 off of the window stick. Ha. That's his amazing deal! Whoa, with a payment of 289.65 on a lease. Like what? Wasted my time twice, all of their cars are kept on E, I had to drive the salesmen to the gas station. Never had a good experience there. I love my KIA, just hate their establishment.
