Brian took our STRESS away by finding the problem/issue bestowed on us by Team Nissan of Oxnard! Thank you so much Brian!! Since my last post here, I visited Oxnard to see if they would pay for the damages that they caused and found by Brian! We settled on their offer to pay for the damaged front strut their worker carelessly damaged. I was ready to hit the small claims procedures when they offered to pay for the part, approximately $300.00. Again, Brian and his dealership saved us continued agony over my beautiful 2020 Rogue SL. I had a good experience at this dealership. I took my car in for an oil change. When I was there, since my car has reached 102,000 miles, it needed some other maintenance. I arrived 30 mins late. My appt was at 09:00am and I arrived at 09:30am. My car was done at around 12:15pm. I am satisfied with the service provided. My car needed new windshield wipers, and I forgot to tell Christian. I wished he would have checked them so that he would have recommended to replace them. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Service Department is OUTSTANDING. Andre Rensonnet is highly knowledgeable and always takes care of my car. In addition, if I have any questions on how to use the many options available on my Nissan Rogue Platinum he takes his time in explaining all the features to me and displaying them on the screen. Andre always goes over the service report with me when maintenance is completed. Andre should be the Service Department manager.

I came in last week. Jack the service guy that helped me was so thoughtful. I wanted to get my brakes replaced because they were a little noisy. He said Dan let me get them checked first at no charge. Sure enough my brakes were over 50% and I could live with a little noise in the Morning. What come to find out is normal for the age of my car. He could of sold me brakes but gave me good advise.
