Rafael was great, he really took the time to see that I was happy with it, he also helped explain all the details of the car on the following day because I was short on time for another appointment on the day of purchase.

As long as the service was “good” the survey will be perfect as most people don’t know that the surveys are skewed and it’s not the advisor fault that there is a lack of parts, staffing shortage etc. These surveys should not determine someone’s job or pay.

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!
