Arrived early and checked in for my 9 a.m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. He asked if I needed a ride home because my wait time may be around 6 hours. I declined because I was prepared for the wait. The waiting area was not crowded and I took advantage of the complimentary coffee. The cafe was a wonderful change. My car was ready early and no additional problems was found. I enjoyed the online video of the service inspection. Thank you for a positive environment and experience.
