Sean Toth was my sales representative, and he was mindful to listen to what I wanted, even when my husband accompanied me the first time to look at the cars, Sean noted that it was me doing the buying. There was a car that almost met my needs and instead of any pressure to purchase, Sean was happy to let me take my time. Later an even better option became available and from there, Sean helped me through the process. I dealt with Ana Lima to test drive and, ultimately, purchase a 2026 TX. When I came in, I found out there was no TX available to test drive. Despite this less than optimal start to my visit, Ana improvised to give me a similar test drive experience. She did a phenomenal job demonstrating the technology and overall explaining all that the TX had to offer. She worked diligently to find a car to test drive and came to my office so I wasn’t inconvenienced. When I decided to go forward with my purchase, she worked to find the car I wanted. Her excellent customer service, expertise, and communication was key in my decision to go with the TX over an Acura. Ana is a wonderful asset to the dealership.
