My husband & I discussed it and he suggested to me since I work in Ft. Myers why get a 2nd opinion from the Nissan Dealer there (we live in Naples). Well, can I just tell you how SMART my husband is! On my way to work I took 41 instead of I75 and stopped at Sutherlin Nissan. I explained the issue I was having to the service writer named Nicole. She suggested since I work a few miles away to leave my car with them to diagnose & they will shuttle me to and from work. I did just that. How happy do you think I was when Sutherlin Nissan called me to let me know it was a fuse??? As simple as that for ONLY $13.00 not $850.00!!! Oh, and another pleasant surprise...After picking me up from work to bring me back to Sutherlin Nissan's Service Dept. to pay my $13.00 bill my Altima was SPARKLING CLEAN!!! Talk about going above & beyond...Thats how you do it.
My husband & I now have an appointment this weekend to flirt with the idea of trading my car in for a 2010 Nissan Altima. The impecable service I have received from Sutherlin Nissan has actually brought me to this point. Thank You Sooo Much Sutherlin Nissan!!! Rochelle & Michael Santana
