If he had not done this I would have lost deposits forcing me to cancel or delay trip. That shows how much he cares about his customers and the reputation of the dealership. I traveled from North Carolina to Orlando for vacation. Before leaving for vacation, I had my car serviced and battery changed in hope that no car issues would be encountered during the trip. The trip down had multiple stops without any issues. The next morning, I started up the car and drove it approximately 1/2 mile, turned it off and came back 10 minutes later and the car wouldn't start. I had a planned engagement to attend so I left the car and came back for it later. I jumped it and it started right up. I drove it another 1/2 mile, parked it and tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I tried to start it and once more and heard a clicking noise coming from the relay box beside the battery and the undercar lights blinking on and off faintly. The undercar lights stopped blinking altogether and the key fob would not unlock the door or open the door. The entire car systems went dark. I was jumped it again and it started right up. I emailed Universal Nissan around 12:00 midnight indicating the problem with my vehicle. I received a call around 11:00 am the next day from them to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled it for 4:20 pm because I had a previous engagement that I had to attend. The engagement ended earlier than expected and Universal Nissan was able to accommodate rescheduling the appointment to an earlier time of 2:40 pm. I arrived at the dealership at my alloted appointment and after a brief wait for my service advisor Jotzam Torres came to provide me assistance. I explained in great detail the services performed on the car and the issue I was having with the vehicle. Jotzam immediately diagnosed the issue and demonstrated what was causing the problem. Also, when the part for my car wasn't in stock, he was able to find a comparable replacement part that would fit my vehicle. He placed my mind at ease because I was thinking it was an electrical issue and was going to cost alot of money to fix. He was able to have my car repaired and provide me with peace of mind. I have a had a previous issue with a car problem while traveling which resulted in a poor experience and a loss of credibility in Nissan for me. I had a rewarding experience with Jotzam and Universal Nissan which has restored my faith in Nissan. If I lived in Orlando I would always service my vehicle with Jotzam and Universal Nissan

Fantastic service and communication from Steven. Was welcomed and given a quick hug by Arturo, which made me feel welcome like family. The older gentleman, I guess he does the valet, because I was told to bring my ticket to him to retrieve my car from service…unfortunately, he wasn’t so nice, but we all have bad days and he must’ve been having one. He was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that I had a question….even a small smile would’ve been nice. My car was fixed as quickly as Possible and getting a loaner care and returning it was super easy.

I picked this service center because it had the best reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try—and I definitely don’t regret it! I had to drive all the way from Key West since the service center there sucks, and I needed my car fixed fast. They didn’t make me wait long to figure out what was wrong with my car. Since I had to get back to Key West for work and couldn’t hang around, they gave me a loaner car. A few hours later, before I even got home, they called to say my car was ready! I didn’t expect them to fix the AC and replace part of the exhaust pipe that quickly! Awesome service! ROXANA was Amazing and super helpful!

Shaun, Lily, Frank, and Pam are Awesome!! All of them are professional, upbeat, funny, and most of all honest. I don't have to ever worry about my car or the price for repairs. They always provide me with a heads up on what my next repair/maint. will be so I can budget for it. My 2015 Sonata Sport has 279,000 miles on everything except the engine. Before the engine was replaced because of a recall, I had 177,000 miles on it. I drive from Tampa to this dealership because of the service I receive from the people able down to the techs in the shop. Thank you ALL for keeping me on teh Road

This is a review BRAMAN PORSCHE....................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!!

Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

I've been a customer of this dealership for several years, and the dealership itself is excellent. Where I haven't had any luck is with the service department. I made an appointment for an oil change on Saturday at 8:20 a.m. When I arrived, I handed over the vehicle, and she told me I'd have to wait two hours. I asked her why I had an appointment, and she said the appointment was to see her. So, there's no point in making an appointment, because they only serve on a first-come, first-served basis.
