My 2020 Edge was stricken with a bad alternator and wouldn't start, I called and Ric at Ford of Port Richey took my call. He was so very helpful. My husband bought the extra coverage and Ric was able to pull up our records and advised me to call roadside service as we had that benefit. When I was the flatbedded into the dealership, Ric met me at the intake lot. He had all my information and let the service department that I was coming and what the issue was. He called me an Uber and I was dropped off at home. Break downs are stressful but Ford of Port Richey staff treated me like family and I am very grateful for it. Thank you all for the great service.
P.S get the extra coverage, I paid $100.00 deductible for the alternator and the serpentine belt and labor!
