I purchased a preowned Ram 1500. Lee provided a great sales experience was very good no high pressure. Brett in financing was equally nice to work with. I did take an extended warranty the truck had an issue will less than two hundred miles on it since I took delivery. Palmer did the repair and gave me a rental no charge didn't use the extended warranty. So I got to meet the service department. Very nice people the repair was somewhat major but truck was ready as promised. Only negative comment is the pre-delivery cleanup crew could do a better job on the inside. If you want a dealer with Integrity deal with Palmer.

I tow a 2018 RAM Pickup behind my motorhome. I had a malfunction with my RV towing system which basically destroyed my brakes. I limped in around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, when you know everyone is anxious to go home. Sean the service advisor got a technician to start in right away. He replaced the brakes on all 4 wheels and got me back on the road within 24 hours saving our cross country RV trip. Everyone went above and beyond.
