24 hours is all it took from inquiring to delivery. I’m about 3 hours away and they offered to deliver to me. Bought a x3 m40i and from start to finish it was quick. Everyone I worked with beginning to end was very kind. I seen a lot of reviews about car breaking down and ex but you are buying a used vehicle. Understand the risk of used cars and do your research. I personally have 115k miles on my BMW but the money I saved buying high mileage I get to throw into proper maintenance still comming out a lot less then something with 30k less miles. About the car just bought it based off pictures and personal description from who I was working with I was confident on the car along with the carfax to see records. Called bmw with the vin verifying work history. When I received the car it was actually as described if not better. So far no issues but a small oil leak but that’s to be expected on my part. Very happy with the purchase. Everything was very transparent and I spent a month with multiple dealers asking for straight priced list and basic normal fees and tax. No hesitation I said yes to the deal. The best experience I had with buying a car in a while.

The service that I received was really good. The only issue that I encountered was the "convenience fee that I was charged by a third party when I paid using the texted link with my billing. This was inappropriate and I instructed my credit card company to not pay the added $28.75 that I was charged above and beyond the charges for the service. I found this out when I arrived to pick up the truck and the actual charges were $28.75 less than what I had paid through the link and the girl at the counter informed me of this.
