Before I met Mr.Doug, we were contacted via email. He was so patient and knowledgeable about every question that I asked. Also, he sent my a full inspection report that shows the major inspected parts and their estimated lifetime. On the day that I purchased the Fore Edge 2012, he was honest, friendly and helpfull. He gave me a space and time to examine the car. Also, the purchase process was smooth. In conclusion, it was a hassle free experience. Thanks, Mr.Doug!

After a bit of negotiation we purchased and financed the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted, including a five year warranty. Mo and the rest of the staff were easy going and professional. Our saleman, Dan Woods and Manager (J.T.) went above and beyond to accomodate us with the purchase of our used 2013 Ford Explorer. My brother (buyer) recently had a minot stroke ansd no longer has any patience or filter on his thoughts. He jus wanted to buy the car and get out of there. BUt, there is a process. They did all they could to assist with his impatience. Dan took us on a great test ride. He explained most of the dashboard accessories, radio, navifation, etc. We are both pleased with their customer service.

I submitted a request for more information on a car and not four minutes later Jake called me up and helped figure out what I was looking for, he then scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. I ended up going earlier than my appointment day and Jake took me right away. He was very helpful and eager to help me find my right choice. As a college student I was worried about price and loan applications but Jake was so wonderful, he gave me all the options I could choose from, let me test drive to see if my choice was a right fit for me and made my trade in and loan application process easy and painless. Jake was very professional and did not pressure me at all like I've had in the past with other dealers. We then went with Veronica who helped us with all the paperwork and needless to say she was wonderful as well, everything was quick, easy and she explained things so you knew what you were signing. Overall my experience was absolutely wonderful and I drove out in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. I highly recommend this dealership and Jake!

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. We bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford Flex from them and had it shipped over to California without ever seeing the SUV in person beforehand. It was a great experience from start to finish. Fair and transparent pricing. Prompt and comprehensive communication every step of the way over email, which is very rare even from local dealerships one has visited in person. We asked many questions about the condition, service and ownership history of the car and received immediate, truthful answers that we later verified. We asked about extended service contracts, but there was no push to upsell anything. We asked for a Carfax, which they did not have, so purchased ourselves, but they did provide one of their own before the sale was concluded. They took it upon themselves to clean and service the car (oil change etc.) and had it carefully loaded and shipped on the carrier of our choice. Chuck was super helpful and kept us informed at all times. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We hope they live long and prosper.
