At the beginning of the process it seemed a little slow getting my truck that I wanted, the problem the truck was at another dealership so they had to go get it, "In WI"! And to me they drag there feet a little bit. It was all good being at the end of the month, to get that sale however for a 45,000 dollar truck you would think! Anyway I did get the truck I wanted and I love it. After driving everything the Ford out drove everything, handling, response, the ride, the room hands down Ford did there homework. When picking up the truck they took the time walked you around to meet everyone "all the departments" made part of the team. My salesmen Craig Holsman, very nice and did search every where for the right truck, after market salesmen Bob Wojtan great as well. Got a nice package protection and it worked out to get my spray in liner I wanted, and wasn't even thinking I could get it from the dealership.

Just purchased a 2008 f150. Paul was easy to deal with asked what we were looking for gave us options. When we arrived had them ready and took them for test drive. Dealership does safety check on all used vehicles and shows you the paper work to prove it. I highly recommend them.

I recently found a vehicle online and inquired about it. It took less than 30 minutes for someone to contact and get me all of the details that I asked for about the car. Two hours later I was at the dealership and when i got there all of the sales consultants were busy so I dealt with Dean Carlson. He is a fantastic Sales Manager that saw me from the beginning to the end. Very knowledgeable and very considerate. Less than an hour later I was driving my new car off the lot and headed home. That was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will definitely be back and will always refer them to my friends and family.

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. Mangold had a used car I was interested in, but I'm from the southeast instead of IL. I explained to Rick I'd need him to carefully talk me through the car's details as he was looking at it/walking around it. He far exceeded my expectations with his patient and detailed descriptions. He even texted me photographs of the areas he was describing. It's always a little unnerving to contemplate buying a car over an extreme distance like this, but a salesperson like Rick makes all the difference. I didn't end up purchasing the car just because it wasn't up to the collector condition I was looking for. I can't say enough nice things about honest Rick was to work with, though. Had the car been what I was looking for, I would've had no hesitation working with Rick. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with the headlamp wiring twice the headlamp burned and went out they found the problem replaced the entire headlamp & wiring. Second problem I could hear rattling when I drive. The technician test drove the car with me heard the noise found it order the anti rattling clips replaced them within an hour I was done. Service technician was amazing polite and very detail in finding the problem and fixing it he made sure I was happy. Marvin was excellent in his assistance with getting the technician to take me out on a test drive and asking him to do what he could to fix what every noise I heard. They are extremely professional and I would return for service to my vehicle every time. I'm always greeted with a smile and customers first that's what I love about Metro Ford!
