Things went well. My only gripes are I drove from out of town with an appointment, and it still took two hours to finalize paperwork. When I was doing my final signing, the sales associate going thru my Docusign paperwork took a phone call in the midst of signing and was very clearly not an emergency. This was quite disrespectful and showed that he no longer valued my time because I was already committed. Perhaps picky, but coming from a business professional with similar duties, I would never imagine doing this with one of my customers, much less one making a substantial purchase such as this. Eddy was great, a little pushy for me to do a video, (which I may have been more apt to do if my time felt valued).
