We had an idea of the car we wanted to buy, and they worked with us to make it happen. There was no pressure, and everyone was very nice and helpful. When the financial person was backed up, Shawn, the manager, stepped up and took care of us so we could be on our way. We highly recommend this dealership and will definitely go back there the next time we are looking for another car.

Offer options but Not pushing us buying additional services, Things are clear explained and take time to make sure we understand them. Overall, best car purchasing experience we have. Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Motor Werks Infiniti. Ralph Ibarra was exceptional to work with. He continually followed up with me and never pressured me into making a purchase. My husband and I drove over 10 hours to purchase a vehicle from Motor Werks because of the price and customer service provided by Ralph. I have been avoiding buying a car for a while because I have had terrible experiences with dealerships - no kidding - it has been awful! I found a car online at Gregory Infinity that I was interested in and reluctantly made an appointment to go see it. They were amazing. Scott was helpful without overly pressuring, the deal was very fair and no hard core negotiating tactics, financing rate was good, and they had a cute bow in the car when I went to pick it up! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend!
