Superb sales and delivery service. Vehicle wasn’t at the dealership, but they sent the salesperson and another driver an hour away to attempt to deliver it same-day. Unfortunately, due to traffic (out of their control), it was late and we took delivery the next morning. They did a nice job of communicating progress and REALLY worked hard to accommodate us.

On November 13, 2024, my family and I went to Gerald Kia of Naperville excited to see some amazing vehicles (2025 K5 LXS and K5 GT-Line). We met with Ky and he was amazing and knowledgeable. As time went on and we were negotiating a deal, that is when the disappointment and embarrassment for this dealership occurred. The sales manager CARLOS (unprofessionally dressed and wearing a baseball cap) came over to Ky’s desk and berated and yelled at me for the price and terms I was asking. It was unprofessional and very verbally aggressive, yelling at me, pretending he “didn’t understand “ the price and terms my family was asking for. First of all, how is yelling and insulting a father of 2 in front of his wife and kids going to foster a deal? Secondly, how can a person in a sales manger position, having conducted hundreds of deals, pretend to “not understand “ or be confused on what sort of deal and terms is needed for myself and my family. I could have paid cash for the deal then and there, but was so put off we left. The finance manager did a great job trying to save the deal, but in what world is it ok to yell at a potential customer in front of their family. Please do not do business here until CARLOS is replaced or coached on basic proper customer communication.

We have had several Kia leases, and our last lease, which was purchased at Elgin Kia a few years ago just ended, and our salesman Kosta and the entire Elgin Kia team made our purchasing of our lease so easy! They are also professional, kind, the facility is state-of-the-art and super clean! They are even so kid friendly when you bring your little ones. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next Kia from this dealership! Specifically use Kosta as your salesman! I must say I’ve never seen a better and more honest car salesman than Kosta! I have used countless salesman throughout many years, and I have never had such a great experience that all the experiences I have had with Kosta. My NUMBER 1 concern is the SERVICE DEPT If the dealership doesn't have a good Service Dept thats a big concern! I was extremely pleased with the Service I have been getting at Auffenberg Kia in Shilo Paige and Jacob were very thorough and explained things in detail as well as making sure that I was very satisfied with the service! We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a while but dreaded going in to deal with another horrible sales experience. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Ted Raines and he was awesome! No pressure, knew his stuff and Mike Miller also made a point to introduce himself and welcome us. Derek in the finance office was also fabulous. I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! Often imitated but shall never be duplicated in any way! Lou Fusz will only benefit substantially with the expertise and corporate knowledge of John Bush!

All the used vehicles were not certified. They were all absolutely filthy inside and needed some sort of repair complete before you could drive it off the lot. The first car we asked to test drive had a bad wheel bearing strut. We didn't even make it off the lot because it wasn't safe to drive! Why would they let someone test drive an unsafe vehicle off their lot!!?? On a positive note, the salesman was very accommodating and friendly. He definitely had is work cut out for him.
