I bought my CRV new in 2013 from this dealership. Great experience in purchasing my car as a single woman. I have brought my car to this service department for all of its maintenance. I am always treated with respect, not talked down to and the biggest thing, not forced into any unnecessary repairs. In the last 12 years I have dealt with every service rep. and have never had anything but exceptional service. To their credit I recently rolled over 200,000 miles, and my CRV is still going strong.Thank you everyone at Valley Honda!!

Went in because my tire pressure light was on. I didn't have an appointment. they found the problem, and since I had an upcoming oil change appointment, they offered to go ahead and do the service that day. They also found that a low beam headlight was out and repaired that also. This saved me from coming in again later in the week. It's nice to wait in the lounge and have some coffee while I waited

Worked with Justin to address two issues with my car. His input was very clear and he took me to even to show the issues with my own eyes in addition to the pictures that technician had taken since those didn't help me fully understand the case. Very attentive as listener and helpfull with details as needed. What impressed me the most was his assistant and work with his manager to address an issue that came up after i picked my car from the service. They arranged to come at my home to pick up my car and returned back at my home after addressing the issue. They brought me a loaner to use while they worked on the issue. That helped me tremendously as i was tied up with my work and the issue was needed to be addressed since i have only that car and we all were concern about safety. So, big thank you to Justin, his manager, technicians who worked on my car and to the guy who came to pick up my car from my home and bringing it back!!!
