I had purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 640 miles. After driving it a bit, there was a noticeable oil substance on my garage floor. That was concerning to me. I called, got it in the next week. Brian in the service dept. was nice and helpful. The service team checked it out thoroughly, they reassured me that it was a procedure that was done during manufacturing and not an oil issue with the jeep motor etc. I was totally relieved. Thank you!!

The service staff representatives and service technician were excellent. My vehicle had tire/road noise. The team quickly diagnosed the tire defect (surface depression - set mark), present on all 4 tires. The suspected cause was tire storage (ex. rack storage) at assembly or manufacturer. They swapped tires to confirm the issue was indeed with the tires. They took the time to show me the defect and made great suggested options for tire replacement. They received the new tires the next day; balanced the tires and aligned the wheels. The result is a very smooth and quite ride. I really appreciate the relationship and confidence that repairs will be done right. Thank you, team and great job,!
