Well, we bought our 2021 Suburban in June, and the check engine light was on, but it would not stay on, and we were told the dealership would look at it and fix the issue prior to us buying it. It was there to be detailed over the weekend and we signed papers on a Monday. When we picked it up from being detailed the license plates were destroyed front and back from the pressure washer. The check engine light was off, we asked the salesman what was wrong, and we were told it was not on and that they wanted to wait until our "extended warranty" kicked in to address. We now know this is so the dealership would not have to front the costs. Long story short beginning of January the light came on and stayed on as we were told they could only check it if the light stayed on as it was sporadically on prior. They pick up my car, they do not leave me a driver...this is a Friday... my husband is called that afternoon and told we need brakes and rotors, and this was $800. We said no we will wait as we are already paying for tires to be rotated, oil change....and the diagnostic that the warranty didn't cover as well as the copay for the extended warranty. We explained what we had been told numerous times this would be taken care of by the dealership, and we got the excuse well that salesman shouldn't have been telling people that. There were no attempts to meet us in the middle, to even attempt to make it right, we were bamboozled. So as of Friday night, we have no vehicle and we get a call Saturday at around 2pm, that they still are not sure what exactly is wrong but that the suburban is undrivable, and that the GM tech will be off until Tuesday. Therefore, we were without a vehicle to get to and from work until it was fixed. Meanwhile they get the vehicle fixed and the driver returning the car, hits a "rock" and flattens our tires we had purchased less than 6 weeks ago requiring a patch to be placed, therefore they want to keep our vehicle another night, we tell them no fix the tire and we are coming to pick it up. We get there around 6pm and they cannot find the key. Finally, it is found after 30 minutes of waiting and then there is no receipt. Its printed and we leave... the engine is still making a squealing noise. We get home and review the receipt with recommendations, and it says we need FRONT BRAKE PADS AND A SERPETINE BELT!!!!!! NOT BRAKES AND ROTARS. This entire process has been a nightmare, this is the third vehicle we have purchased here and will most likely never return after these issues. I don't care that YOUR salesperson shouldn't have said that I feel like someone should've tried to offer a discount or meet us in the middle. I also feel like when you call to tell someone their vehicle needs something you should know exactly what it is and a price and you're insane if you think brake pads on fronts and a serpentine belt are 800. Again NIGHTMARE.

They are also professional, kind, the facility is state-of-the-art and super clean! They are even so kid friendly when you bring your little ones. The moment I walked in the Sales Manager Jess welcomed me and made me feel at ease. I was paired with a Sales Agent named Yemi and he was a blessing in disguise. I worked with both through my transaction of purchasing my new (used) vehicle and trading my old one in and they were beyond knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When it came to the financial part Derek was exceptional and beyond met my expectations just like Jess and Yemi. Everyone was up front and honest with me and made me comfortable. Not one time did I feel like I was trying to be hassled, felt stressed, or had a bad gut feeling that I wasn’t making the right choice. I drove 3 hours to a dealership I had only stumbled upon and it was worth every minute. They have reached out several times to check on me and I have also reached out to them and they are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! I had a disappointing experience at Friendly Honda in Springfield, IL. After a fuel injection recall repair, my dashboard lights started blinking uncontrollably just a few miles from the dealership. When I returned, multiple techs dismissed my concerns, insisting the issue wasn’t their fault. One even sarcastically asked, "Oh, are you a mechanic?" when I pointed out that the problem arose only after the repair. Instead of taking accountability, they claimed I would be responsible for fixing it. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to acknowledge their mistake were unacceptable. I will not return to this dealership.

Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. Robert was the salesman and I was texting with him ahead of time and he was really responsive, answered my questions and even took pictures n real time to send to me. He was not aggressive in his sales approach in any way. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the finance guy who had a number of fees he didn’t review with me and tried way too hard to get me to purchase an overpriced extended warranty. That was sadly the only negative in the whole experience.
