The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it.

I traded in my 2013 Pruis and purchased a used 2022 Pruis from Bill Walsh and Jake was our salesman. He was very nice, chill, and knowledgeable about the used car and helped us figure out the final decision (I was debating between new and used) and I can say I'm extremely happy with our decision. We've been using Bill Walsh Toyota for maintenance on the 2013 Pruis for years and will continue with this new one.

He loved it, so we went in today and filled out the paperwork and left a with a new car. They are awesome there. All are very nice and help out in any way. Everything went as smooth as possible from setting up our appointment, to renting a vehicle, to getting her vehicle back in a very quick manner. The service department,( Joel Meyer, and Michael Diaz) were exceptionally helpful in making this happen. I will always bring her vehicle back, and when it comes time to get something new for myself, wife, or either of my children, I know the dealership that I will go to first.
