The service performed was done quickly & efficiently. The on-line scheduling was a problem. My first "appointment" was confirmed via text. I then was contacted by phone saying I had been approved for service several days later from a different person. Finally, I was contacted to tell me a technician was ready to head for my home address to do the service I had requested - I told that person that I had an appointment at the dealer on Thursday at 2:30pm and not to send anyone to my house. After all that confusion, our service went fine. I just wouldn't schedule on-line again.

We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.
