I was caught off guard as I traveled out of town with an unscheduled issue. I coasted into Ourisman just before they closed for the day and they hooked my GTI up on the machine. They didn’t put me off, they made me feel at home, helped me with a loaner, and 100% took care of my “girl.” The three fellas with whom I became acquainted took their time, and although this is over an hour from my location, I will travel here for maintenance. Customer service was excellent. My car issue was an intermittently working A/C unit on a recently used chevy I recently purchased from another dealer. The customer service rep and the mechanic (Hector) both took great care to resolve the complex issue my car had. They ended up recommending to me to go back to the dealer where I purchased the car with a strong recommendation of the issue they needed to resolve. Hector literally treated my car as though it was his own.
