I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and someone was ready to talk to me and help, as soon as my car was finished with its required maintenance. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment. I had a couple of minor issues come up and he was able to research and discover that there had been a software update that changed the behavior of the parking brake as well as doing a quick fix to an out of alignment wiper arm.
