We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

Back on June 22nd, someone stole the center screen out of my Ram Big Horn. Put the claim in through insurance and was at the body shop the next day. Was told they had to order parts and it would be 4-6 weeks. They asked me to come back on July 3rd to make sure they ordered the correct parts. So I restarted the 4-6 week timeline. At the 4 week mark I checked in hoping to get lucky, was told parts have not arrived. Called back at 6 week mark and was told they are waiting on one more part. Waited another week and a half called and now they were waiting on electrical components. August 12th I called an independent body shop to see if they could get parts. They said bring it in, so Monday 9/15 I took truck in and received it back on 9/19 fully repaired. To this day I still have not received a call from Golling. Lost a customer with this ordeal. Bought all my Chrysler vehicles from here. Not after this. I fully recommend you going to another dealership.

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful and unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. From the initial negotiation phase through the delivery and even the meeting with the finance guy, everything was top-notch. My salesman Zac, and Nate, the Sales Manager, made negotiations and delivery smooth and easy. Austin, "the finance guy," explained the packages he had to offer, but he wasn't pushy at all. Zac took the time to set up my Kia Connect app, and even though I was very familiar with the EV9 (having owned one before), he made sure that everything was in order, and he answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I live in Northwest Indiana, close to many Kia dealers in the Chicago metro area. Taking the time to shop at Fox Kia North in Grand Rapids turned out to be a very good decision.

What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

I am especially grateful to Mel (Melissa) Nowak for her exceptional kindness and professionalism at a time I most needed the help. My husband was in Hospice care at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and I needed service done on my vehicle. Mel arranged to have me dropped off and the vehicle delivered back to the hospital which allowed me to spend more time with David. She did this without me asking for any favors. She is a true asset to the Subaru Service Dept. and I consider her my friend.

Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are relaxing around the front desk having a chat like its tea time. Then, it took longer than it needed to as they finished their conversation. Next, Business development team told me to come look at a used car that was out for repair that was not even on their property. Thereafter, Used car sales manager Brent Morley got very offended, rude, and belligerent (even swore at me) when asking questions about the price. This behavior is childish and very unprofessional regardless of if I am right or wrong. I probably would have bought the car if he didn't go on an outrage over a question he did not want to answer about the vehicle. My sales person however, was as kind and as sympathetic as can be about the whole interaction, even if it was fake or not. If anything promote her to Used Car Sales manager as she knows how to be professional, kind, and act like an adult.

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

This used to be a good dealership. I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a month. This was my daily driver. I took it to an independent garage and had it back in less than a week I also had them document corrosion damage under the extended warranty. I never heard back and ended up taking it to another dealer. Ever since the owner was appointed a diplomat this dealership has gone downhill. The service department is rude and apparently they can’t keep technicians according the service rep I talked to.

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I was in the market for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There are three Alfa dealerships within an hour of me so I emailed all three asking for pricing and availability. To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. But I can’t drive an hour each way just to find out they weren’t close to where I needed to be with price,

⭐ 1-Star Review I really wanted to have a good experience buying my Jeep Wrangler here, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My salesperson, Billy Fielhauer, was friendly at first, but some of the details I was told about the Jeep didn’t line up with what I discovered after the purchase. The issues weren’t huge, but it was disappointing to realize things weren’t as straightforward as I was led to believe. When I reached out for help, Nick (the owner) offered little support and seemed uninterested in making things right. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been extremely frustrating, especially after spending so much money on a vehicle that wasn’t represented as clearly as it should have been. If you decide to buy here, ask for everything in writing, double check the vehicle history, and don’t rely solely on what you’re told during the sale. I learned the hard way that what’s promised and what’s delivered can be two very different things.

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and from the get it had the check engine light on. The guy who dropped it off tried to play like it must have kicked on during it's trailer ride to my house, and that the check engine light wasn't on when it was at their dealership. It had burn holes everywhere and terrible tires. They wouldn't fix the check engine light because they said, "if their mechanics fixed it it would void my 60,000 mile warranty with Ford." Which was 100% false. I asked Ford myself and it was an excuse to not fix the car they just dropped off to me. After a year of nothing but problems with these people I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle back to them and they are still trying to charge me $11,000 for a car I no longer have. Don't recommend, unless you want unnecessary stress and a bunch of b.s. excuses from grown men.
