It all started with going to look at some trucks. Being I had a lease that was ending, I was just trying to get an idea of what I could go to. So we started test driving some trucks. A couple hours later, I was walking out with a brand new truck!! Everyone was super nice in assisting my wants and needs when looking. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I did not at all feel pressured like I had to buy the same day. They got me one heck of a deal on my truck! I don't think I could be more happy with the decision I made! I'm so glad I went to Ryan, I had the best experience from the moment we were greeted on the lot, to the moment I got the keys and drove off. Dealing with Melisa was amazing, she knew the in and outs of all the trucks we drove, and went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect one!
I will definitely be going back to Ryan in the future for any other purchases!!

I can not believe the service we received from Cade at Hawkins. He was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions. After we signed all the paperwork he sat in the car with us for 30 plus minutes and explained all the bells and whistles. I have never had someone take the time to do this at other dealerships. We will be going back there to purchase more vehicles in the future.

I went to Belzers to get a Jeep. I Had done my research prior to stopping in. Joleen searched the inventory for my perfect vehicle. I had limited time that day. I came back a few days later. In the meantime, she had papers done, car detailing done, and everything in place for my return. I was in and out with my new Jeep within a hour of arrival. Very positive experience!

It took 3 1/2 hours from the time we walked into the floor room and left with our new truck. Waited a little too long for finance. Seemed to not have enough coverage in that regard. Otherwise all was great!

The process was slowed due to a wicked thunderstorm, but Julio and the rest of the employees did their best to make sure that we got what I was looking for and in a timely manner.
Julio did everything he could to make sure that we were comfortable during the process. I appreciated all of the information provided to make it easier on me. Julio gave off the impression that he truly cared about my family getting an affordable and reliable vehicle.

They had a large selection of vehicles. We had a specific vehicle and even color in mind and they had just what we were looking for. We even got a year newer then we thought we could get because they worked with us through GM financing to get us into a great car.

Jim Steffen did an excellent job taking care of my purchase of a new 2017 Silverado LT-Z71 crew cab pick-up. I ended up adding a number of additional accessories tot he pick-up & Jim brought the parts manager in to review & comment on the items that I was adding to be sure everything was properly coordinated. Jim contacted me on the phone three separate times to advise me on the status of the order and to arrange for the internal paperwork & financing at the dealership. Jim's attention to detail & thoroughness was greatly appreciated, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to any of my friends. On the finance side, Sonja did a excellent, and painless job, of handling the paperwork with GM credit as well as all of the title transfer materials the State of MN requires. I went in and bought a new chrysler 200 from them, the next time i went in my girlfriend did not wont to go. she was afraid to go their, i could not figure out why, she told me she didnt like Donny brown. I asked her why she would not tell me, I needed to have my vehicle brought in for a oil change she refused, I struggled with her to do it because she was terrified of Donny brown. I finally got her to do it for me with the help of the sales man Lane, he said he would keep Donny brown away from her and make sure he would not bother her. I started to see there was more to her not liking him then she was telling me. I called the owner and told him about the whole ordeal with my girlfriend being terrified to go to or to drive by his dealership because of Donny brown, he said he would talked to him. A month or so went by and I left him a email he called me back and said he talked to him but couldn't do anymore then tell him no contact with us, unless he knew exactly what he did. I got her to finally tell why she was terrified of Donny brown. She told me he came out to the car when I was in the dealership, she had her feet on the dash and she reluctantly told me he almost jumped in her lap and was getting real close to her. When I heard that I actually called luther head quarters and told them about it, they said she would have to call the owner of the dealership and tell him, before anything can be done.in am trying to get her to call but she is traumatised of that place because of Donny brown. I told her she would have to tell the owner because that sexually harassment and he needs to be reprimanded for his actions and should not have a job in customer service. And the second bad encounter I had again with Donny brown I traded 2 vehicles in, 1 was 2015 Ram 2500 4x4 with 2700 miles, the other one was a 2009 challenger R/T with 12.000 miles on it, I ask the sales manager Donny brown if he could help me and save me money, he called me and said he saved me $10.000 and and got me and my girl friend financed. He did not save me $10.000 I ended up with $20.000 negative equity. The challenger I traded in has been sold twice the second time was sold before it got in. I was told by one of the sales manager. So not only did my girlfriend serially harassed, me and her got buried so bad in negative equity we are losing the vehicle and all the money we have invested in which is $30.000 and we also lost the Chrysler 200 because of the second deal, because it cost us 1500 a month plus insurance, and we have struggled from the start and we have try trade in in but we are so upside down we can't do anything but lose it in a repossession. If we're able to afford it at the end of the loan we would have paid $108.000 dollars for a $47.000 dollar pickup truck. So in the end they are out only for themselves to make money and don't care once they have paper signed and the vehicle is funded. And they allow action like Donny brown has done and keep him working in customer service.

We had a great experience . He spent as much time with us as we needed and had a great time driving the new model and had a lot of great conversation with him.
