Bought a 2024 Honda Passport. Buying a car can be stressful and it’s a big financial cost and I wanted a fair deal and got one. I had done my homework with other dealerships and brands (Lexus, Acura, Cadillac, etc…) of SUV’s. Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.

Was given a very fair price on my trade and good price on a low mileage, older truck. Marks' team had some repair work to do the truck before I test drove and did the deal and it all worked out. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and allowed me plenty of time to inspect the truck myself and make a decision. I see a lot of poor reviews here. Folks, these are USED vehicles. Research and look them over carefully! I know what I bought and what to expect. I don't even know what to say to the snowflakes who felt strongarmed. My experience was friendly, easy-going and very accommodating. I could have walked away on pleasant terms at any time. As it turns out, I am extremely happy with my choice. Love the new truck!

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of - need4spd101

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place..

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

We went to the dealer we bought our truck from new to see about a trade for an SUV. They treated us in an insulting way and didn’t even come close to matching the offer from Key Auto. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought an 06 diesel f350 for about $23,000. In good faith I did not haggle with the price I was assured by Joe everything was good on the truck at purchase and it had new injectors. He was firm it was a solid truck. I'd prefer not to be writing this and talk about things like men being fair but I guess thats the way things are there. After purchasing it a day later was leaking brought it back about 4 more times to be repaired and still wasn't fixed. They tried to hack it back together instead of buying a $2 dollar oring to fix it properly and hack the cooling system. Truck then broke down about 3 more times had to have it towed each time which costs a fortune. Fuel system lift pump failed and Joe was trying to tell me it was gelled up because the cold when I am running antigel in the system. Truck sat in my driveway for the first 4.5 months I owned it. Would not refund me or give me another option. Had to borrow cars to get around. Finally they decided to "fix" it after over a month of arguing with him. I was offered a old rental from there for about a total of two weeks out of the 4.5 months it sat in my driveway. Another couple months went by injectors failed. Joe's exact words to me were "you signed the papers right?". Thats the response I get for doing business with this place makes you sick. Had to spend another $1800 plus labor, and they would not stand behind their word, anything they sell or except any responsibility. Drove another few months motors gone. Was offered to be diagnosed but I wouldn't trust them to put air in the tire right. Now upside down in a loan they could care less once you sign there he wants nothing to do with you. Shoty business, hacks, and theives. Stay away from this place go anywhere else. Overpriced junk, horrible service and owner a scam artist.

WORST DEALER EVER!!! ****STAY AWAY**** - Unprofessional and Unsafe! - Manger Chris is Extremely rude, Terrible customer service, and a liar!!! During my experience purchasing a car from this dealer i arrived and was automatically greeted by one of the sales manangers named chris who seemed friendly at first. I was very interested in one of the newer cars (22k miles) they had on there lot advertised for sale. After test driving this car and falling in love Chris explained to me about my warranty through Suzuki as well as through the manufacturer because of the cars low mileage. So we proceeded with making a deal and chris said the car was ready to go. I immediately felt comfortable knowing my purchase would be warrentied. Well i was wrong. After purchasing the vehicle i drove it for one week and it already started having mechanical issues i brought my car into the manufacturing company who told me there was nothing they could do because stuff was done to the engine so it was covered under warranty.CHRIS'S FRIST LIE. I contacted chris and brought my car in the next day after that it was a miserable two and a half long months of terrible customer service. I was told by chris my car would be ready in a week well that turned to almsot three months. Chris would avoid my phone calls, lie to me, and even tried to get me to trade in my car to save him the hassle of getting my car running right. During this three months i had NO VEHICLE! Chris said because of insurance reasons they could not help me out with loaner car in the mean time. (Another lie) I decided to give this place one more chance to give me answers and was again told i would be called back . NEVER happened. Aftet being on hold for almost an hour waiting for Chris i tried to figure out what was going on with my car and when he couldnt answer he just decided to hang up the phone on me. Realization set it Chris was rudest most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with! After coming to my boiling point i took a ride down to the dealership and finally was able to get in contact with the GM and requested him be fired for his unprofessional and rude customer care. The GM immediately took action and i finally got my car after dealing with xxxx. Overall terrible experience with this dealership if anyone is ever thinking of looking at a car stay far away from this place!!!!
