Not only do they take forever to fix my car, they make mistakes and refuse to accept responsibility for it. It took them more than 30 days to repair a dent in my car because they did not check the alignment of my car the first time and had to order car parts weeks after their initial assessment. My insurance only covers 30 days for a loaner car, yet Mercedes refused to accept responsibility and loan me another car, costing me extra hundreds of dollars because they needed over a week extra to fix my far.
Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. They are completely disorganized and do not do anything that they say they will do. I cannot tell you the number of times that I have called to check up on the progress of my car only to be put on hold for 20 minutes and then to be told that it would take a few more days longer than they had said the last time I checked. Additionally, nobody will return your phone call if you ask someone to leave them a message. If you leave them a voicemail, they will not call you back either. Mercedes of Morristown gives by far the worst service that I have ever experienced.

When O finally got around to visiting this dealer, I started by looking at a new C-class, but decided, with the help of the sales staff, that there were many very good deals on certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz vehicles worth checking out. After a lot of internet research and several visits to this dealer, I purchased a very nice low mileage (10,150 miles!)two-year-old C230 Sport and am EXTREMELY pleased. The entire buying experience was open, honest and straightforward. These people are used to dealing with intelligent and well-informed buyers, and thus avoid the "bs". Even the business manager wasn't pushy about the "extras" (a nice change from the tactics used by other dealers). If you are looking for a new or used Mercedes, or are even considering a car in the Mercedes/BMW/Audi/Lexus/Infinity/Cadillac/Saab class, you should visit this dealership. You owe it to yourself.
