Customer service was very good, they got me in and out as quickly as possible which was great. However, the small stick that goes into the dash and controls the dash lights and allows for movement between screens on the dash was left lying on my passenger seat. Luckily my son found it and knew what it was and was able to re-install it. It could have been easily tossed. For the amount of money I paid I expect everything to be put back as it should. When I reported this to my advisor she seemed confused about what I was telling her. All in all it was good but service should check and make sure these things are taken care of.

Came in for serviced expecting it to take up to 3 hours (as I had previously asked when I made appointment how much time it would take). Was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Yousef checked me in and out, was extremely courteous and helpful, reminded me about a cabin filter change that I also had done. This is my first experience with a leased vehicle and Ide has been wonderful with making sure I keep up with required maintenance and the best options to keep things running.
