I’m new to Acura and was very impressed by my experience here! Sandy went above and beyond in the service department to accommodate my schedule, gave a loaner, quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed It and even cleaned the whole car! Highly recommend this dealership, I won’t be going anywhere else

Came in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. As usual the staff was professional and courteous. The service was quick and thorough. I like that customers are provided recommendations for future maintenance. The excellently appointed and stocked waiting area is another plus.

Never have I walked away from a car repair service more satisfied and confident that I was in competent hands than this time at Apple Honda. Rich Donlin was my service manager who, in his attentive, courteous, interested and friendly way, convinced me that Apple Honda would give me the best possible service. He established trust throughout the entire process. From beginning to end the experience was remarkable. My by old age and rust challenged 1999 CRV is back on the road. It handles beautifully and feels safe and solid after a major subsystem's repair. Kudos to Mr. Donlin, to the company and Mr. Andrychowski, the mechanic. It is a well run business. The dealership is beautifully newly renovated. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean and even has free Starbucks coffee! Their service department is excellent. Marc went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. My car was done with service quickly and was even detailed it for me!! I will definitely be back to Bay Ridge Subaru!

My visit to Bayside VW Service Center on December 19th went very smoothly from the start to the finish. Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola was very courteous and helpful. He texted and called to keep me up to date, they sent video to share information about the process, provided car service to take me home after I left my car in the Service Center and the next day again to get me to the Service Center when my car was ready. Being loyal to Volkswagen for more than 40 years made my experience even more enjoyable.

just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

Overall, I love the people at Brewster Subaru! I’ve had many good experiences there, with Rich (finance) Mitch (sales) Nelson (GM), Patrick (mgr) Danny (service) Jack (service) and many others! They are helpful, and make the car buying experience great… I haven’t had the best luck with my car though. I had purchased a 2016 Crosstrek at Brewster, that I ended up trading in to get a CPO 2020 Legacy, Mag grey VIN 4S3BWAN6XL3027154 on 2/1/22. I have NEVER had so many ongoing issues with any vehicle ever like this, especially one that was 2 years old!!!!! January 2023, it started to give me issues, random not starting, leaving me stranded to wait for roadside assistance, driver focus would constantly alert me to stay alert even when I was seated in a parking lot with the car on, keep my eyes on the road, hands on the steering wheel, if I was heading one direction the speed limit signs would say 35mph, opposite direction 55mph. It spent WEEKS in the shop at Brewster in January, February, March, April and August 2024. I had contacted Subaru corporate in August they were incredibly not helpful told me to contact the NYS Attorney General… At my end, and after 9 weeks of them unable to “duplicate the problem” I was given an opportunity to have the dealer buy back my Legacy. I went and finalized the paperwork on 9/26/24, and this particular vehicle is now for sale in their lot! 🚨Be aware!🚨 The car is 4 years old, not even 90,000 miles on it! I had high hopes that it wouldn’t be resold… I didn’t have buyers remorse after 11 months! That car had everything I wanted in it! Unfortunately, it was VERY UNRELIABLE, my car shouldn’t leave me stranded when I drive into town!

Wally, Dan, Jack, and all the other staff are always the most helpful people I could ever want to assist my family with our vehicles. Met with Mr. Antonio Dimas, the Body Shop Manager, and it was such a delightful experience. He has thorough, he was knowledgeable, he took his time to explain, he took his time to answer the questions, did not make me feel like he was out to get another buck, he simply showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I am so glad that I went here! The benefit of going to the dealership is that the Auto Body is also there. Even before I personally went to take my car - the customer service on the phone was very pleasant and they just made the experience to be picture perfect!
