Made an appointment at bayside Chrysler, walked in right on time. I was greeted with a night gentleman at the counter that was able to help me out. I just needed an oil change. I waited for a little bit and next thing you know I received a text saying my car was ready! THANK YOU GUYS! Always a great experience, can’t wait to be back!

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.
