I bought a new Expedition from Cross Roads Ford Wake Forest on 9/13/2025. the DMV has fined me for a lapse in insurance on my trade in and now nearly 60 days later my new car is still not registered to me. Dior I mention my tags which I asked to transfer are almost out of date…… not the DMV”s fault we bought a used car during the same time and that dealership managed to have tag work completed within 30 days. Very frustrated, called several times no one cares. Blaming the DMV is the go to.

They did nothing to investigate the obvious issues with the trucks suspension. Issues that were brought up a week after purchase and I have been fighting diligently to resolve for 5 months now. They kept it a month and half and only drove it like 20 miles collectively just to be “unable to confirm”. Funny thing is anyone who drove it off the lot would have duplicated it when it bounced like a basketball leaving the lot. My truck has been in Service just about as long as I have driven it since purchase. I’ve been told by another Ford Dealer that I was screwed by these guys and advised by Ford corporate to seek legal action because they sold me a loaner and notated the car as new, directly lied to me about the length of warranty it came with and now refuse to fix any of the issues that shouldn’t be present on a 5 month old truck because it’s really a year and a half old with that much wear and tear even though it was supposedly “new” at the end of April. Is was overcharged for truck and then kicked in the face when all I had asked is to get what I paid for.

The person who handles paperwork apparently left the office without telling anyone, and since then no one responds to emails or phone calls. Completely unprofessional, useless, and thankless service. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I am still driving with expired Temporary Plates, No License Plates still.

We live in Tennessee and I bought a new truck at cloninger ford, Salisbury, nc on 4/4/25 after we take the truck back home the engine light turned on. we contact the salesman if our truck have any problems before he said no. The same thing when I ask him the day we get a truck he said our truck is perfect, new and never have problems. We take to the dealership to fix to many time the same problem the same code till I realize I pay so much money for this truck to see my truck sit at the dealership. This is insane and unfair for us. We still been very nice try to talk to the manager or get a hold to someone above to get the deal and be done with it. but we never get a hold from anyone. I put to someone will call you back. the last thing we hear from them is. you can get a new one but we will have up side drown around $5000 and this is not our fault. We have someone check the truck vin number for us turn out this truck have the same problem before we bought. that mean the salesman been lie to us and act like never happen. They never know how much headache we have for this truck. We pay so much money we want to keep it for long term but we concerned about safety. We have a kid. Can you all tell me if the engine light on the whole time if one day some very bad thing happened how do we know? When the engine light already on or if it happens to your family do you all gonna say like nothing wrong? and turn out it have a problem since day one and seem like no one care. I have 1 and 2 year old kid and I work full time. Anytime we need to drop the truck to dealership it just to difficult for us. It not just one time I believe is more then 20 time already. We dropped 2 different dealerships and seem like the same code and they been changed so many things and still engine light turn back on. They also don’t know what to fix anymore. Till they need to contact the manufacturer what to do And seem like no one can fix this problem. And the dealer never responded at all.

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

They have taken care of me for years and I was in Vegas for work and they picked my old Fiesta and did thousands of dollars of work on my older car, while I was gone and parked it back at home before I got back and that was one of my vehicles!! My 20 ST always goes there for any type of work I need because Ashley will go out of her way to please the consumer!!!
