They were very accommodating for a car that wasn't ready to be sold. It needed to be inspected and cleaned up, but I was leaving town the next day for 2 weeks. I was determined to not lose this car which matched my needs. I had already had another car sold the same day I had an appointment to test drive with a different dealership.
Thanks to everyone involved for their time and helpfulness to make this happen. Car was ready for pick up by my son a few days later in pristine condition.

Bought a 2016 GT350 from this dealership. Picked up their allocation of the car and was asked if I wanted to change anything about the allocation; I thought that was very nice of them. Of course the wait time for the car was not on the dealership, but the factory producing the car; however, James Crawford and Rodney Sailors were always there to answer my pesky and somewhat often questions about the status of the car. Car was prepped exactly how I wanted it with zero complaints there. The buying process was straight forward with little to no hang ups. Great people at Cloninger and I am overjoyed with the GT350.

I went in to have my old car serviced. While I was waiting, I decided to walk around and browse some of the vehicles on the lot. I met one of the sales people named Dale, and prepared to fend him off since I wasn't looking to buy anything.
He wasn't pushy, and told me about some of the rebates and specials that they were having at the time. To be honest it sounded to good to be true. It did get my interest though.
Long story short, he was telling me the truth, and I left with a new car and my payment was less than what I paid on my old car 10 years ago!
I wish I had looked into buying earlier. I'm saving a lot of money on gas and don't have to worry about any more repairs for a long time. Oh, and they also didn't charge me for having my old car serviced.
I'd recommend them.

We purchased (please don't cringe you loyal Ford truck owners) a used Chevrolet Silverado from King Ford a couple months ago. Our salesman was Russ Cagle. We had never met him before, but I'm glad we did. We never felt pressured in any way, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and treated us like you would expect someone to treat a good friend. You don't always think of a car/truck sales person as honest, but we never had a moments doubt about Russ' honesty. I would recommend him to anyone planning to visit King Ford, you won't be disappointed. We also were very pleased with the finance manager, Chris Atkins, who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. What can be a tedious chore when dealing with purchasing/financing (so much paperwork!) turned in to a very pleasant experience. Jeff was a great salesperson who did not pressure us to buy. He helped us find the right features for our car without having to buy the highest model; ended up saving us a lot of money actually. The trade in value for our Toyota was more than the other dealers were willing to give us. Financing the car was easy and they were able to give me a better rate than my credit union! Overall a great experience working with Jeff and I will definitely continue to buy my cars from Parkway.

2005 Jeep Wrangler X - Mister
Found Jeep online and made offer, then started the 3 hour drive to Kenly. Listing was spot-on, plus it came with a soft & bikini top that wasn't mentioned in the listing! Joe H. and Lee were pleasant to work with and were not pushy. Couple days later, Joe followed up with email to see how we liked the Jeep and to me this proves Kenly Ford is focused on customer satisfaction even after they seal the deal.
