The sales associate that worked with me was fantastic at listening to all my needs in the purchase of a vehicle. He put me in a great vehicle. Unfortunately I was not impressed with how long it took to actually drive it off the lot. I purchased on Monday, labor day, had to return on Tuesday with title and insurance. Then was told the vehicle needed work done before I could take the car. Was told to come back the next day. Still was not ready due to wrong parts delivered. Had to be at airport Thursday afternoon, vehicle still was not ready. The salesman Brian, drove me to airport and picked me back up when I returned Monday morning. Finally car was ready. Brian was absolutely fantastic. Please make sure future vehicles are completely ready to be sold before putting on the lot. I was extremely frustrated. The staff was terrific!!! Thank you Brian!!!

This dealership had my truck in their shop for over 21 - davidcross

This dealership had my truck in their shop for over 21 weeks between October 30th of 2024 and May 22nd of 2025, originally brought in for a simple timing chain replacement. They installed a brand new factory engine with a full 100K mile warranty (that I had to pay for!), and it still leaks oil and has the check engine light on. This is incredible that GMC factory certified mechanics at the GMC dealership can't fix the problems on a GMC truck, after over five months of working on it. GMC customer service says they cant help in any way, that I am responsible to pay for any further work. So to get this straight, a factory certified GMC mechanic at a GMC dealership installed a brand new factory motor with a 100,000 mile full factory warranty, and since I got it back the check engine light has stayed on, and it leaks oil every day, I had to add more than two quarts between oil changes, but I should pay for that. I am going to take the truck somewhere else and pay another mechanic to fix all of the problems created by the factory certified mechanics at the dealership.
