I’ve had my Highlander to multiple service centers including other Toyota dealerships and was told there was not a leak in my car that was causing the strong moldy odor in my car. This dealership is the only one that was willing to take the interior of the car completely apart in order to find the leak. They found two leaks in the back of the car that were allowing water to seep in under the carpet of the third row. They then worked with Bactronix to disinfect/kill the mold while the car was disassembled and then they repaired and restored the car. Doug did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the status of the job as they were searching for the cause of the problem as well as when they were fixing the problem. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the work did and would highly recommend them.

3 hours for an oil change and inspection is a little much. When I was promised free inspections for buying there, there should be no fee but they still changed me. I called 4 different times and no one bothered calling back. Will not buy from you again!

Truck has 2 unsafe tires and they passed it for inspection regardless. Have to guess they did this under the advisement of their parent company Lithia motors to try and save themselves money. People are friendly but they prioritize profit over customer safety. I would NOT take my business to any Lithia owned dealership
