Today, 05 June 2026, I brought our 2019 Forester in for a PA State Inspection (it is emission exempt due to less than 5,000 miles during the past year). Heather Matejik, Service Advisor, was EXCELLENT! She kept me informed as my car was being inspected. Since I do my own oil changes, I also purchased new oil pan plug "crush seals". Cliff Moser in the parts department was also EXCELLENT! They both deserve a Bravo Zulu. Thank you very much.

Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. I am out of state and was traveling through this area when my car broke down, this dealership was able to accommodate my appointment in short notice, took my car and in 15 minutes did diagnostics of a problem and started repairs. I was in and out of service in less than 2 hours. John was able to help me out quickly and made my family (I was traveling with 2 kids) filling very comfortable while we were waiting for repairs to be done. Service area is very clean, has complimentary snacks, water, chairs that are very comfortable. I am extremely impressed with this experience.
