Excellent - Evan M Gruber
Was helped by both Tim and Jason in getting my new 2016 GTI. Both extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. It was my first time ever purchasing a car on my own and they were patient and walked me through step by step everything that I needed to do. They made me feel confident that the decisions I made were in MY best interest. Thankful for their help. Great employees!
Exceeded our expectations - LKS, GCS & NGS
We have been customers of New Motors since 1988. Our most recent experience was very positive. We had spoken to Shane Harney about purchasing a used vehicle. Shane was very patient and rapidly helped us narrow our search. We were not in a hurry to find a vehicle and he did not pressure us in any way. Within a matter of weeks, he had located an incoming trade which met all of our needs in better condition than we ever expected to find. Because of our experience with Shane, he will be our first phone call when it comes time to replace another vehicle.
The purchase and transfer was coordinated between Shane and Nicole and took no time at all to complete. Highly recommend both New Motors and Shane Harney.
Couldn't be happier! - Nicholas Popovic
An incredibly easy and pleasant experience buying my car. I worked with Carl Nincke and he made the entire process easily understandable and gave me a fantastic deal on a car I'm very happy with.
Great car. Great saleman. - honus
This is the second car we leased from Three Rivers. Both times we had Vince as our salesman. He was great! He was helpful, professional and very easy to work with. We love our new Jetta and will be back in three years to see Vince again.
BEST DEALER ! Even better than my Merxedes Dealer - LOLA!s MOM
I was looking for a SAFE smaller SUV after my wife had driven a Caddilac SRX or years, but it was way to big, and maintainence is VERY COSTLY.
I as this after looking at other Dealers, Firsts of all SUBARU has the TOP TWO IIHAP awards, thenForrester, then the CROSSTREK , Mymwife wanted a Black one and I saw this DARK GRAY METALLIC one, while another dealer was here showing me a car I kind of used em to ensure it fit in the garage with no,problems.
MY wife called me from the dealer stung I love it !!!!!! DAWN who is the Internet sale manager went over everything within me and came back with a price LOWER than what other dealer wanted for a Base model, it,s loaded except a map screen, which comes through Bluetooth and a skylight,.....we needs it it fries your brain .
THey wanted me to come down BUT I did my homework , it gets 36 mpg and is AWDit can be put in Drive or shifted with the paddles.
I must say that there was a misprint NOT COLONIAL SUBARU fault but SUBARU main company called n said they will pay for two years of all services needed, it didn't end there.....Friday a box arrived with a note saying
"WHEN U R NOT ENJOYING YOUR SUBARU HERE,S A GIFT FROMUS TO MAKE YOUR HOME VIEWING EVEN BETTER...ITMWAS A $500 Bose sound box that fits under your TV.
I must say From DAWN DeJesus, BOB ANDERSON, TO MIKE the tech guy who explains anything u don't know how to use, to,the people in Service to the owner who called me Personally.......this is HOW TO SELL CARS,,,,
Other dealers can take a seminar fromCOLONIAL SUBARU and they too might be out of stock on most model but fear not they have plenty of so,e great new ones coming in
I want to thank everyone involved I. This deal for the professionalism, courtesy, taking the time to explain everything , but mostly for treating my wife as an EQUAL to a MAN, the days of treating women as second class buyers is over at COLONIAL SUBARU
I was gonna but a Mercedes CLA SUV, but got more for 1/2 the price and. Treated like I was there only customer......DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FORGET REED,AN AND THESE DEALERS WHO SPEND MORE IN COMMERCIALS AND REBATES AND GO DIRECTLY TO COLONIAL right in Street Road and I promise u will BUY from them...... These r great cars, come pretty much loaded and are the best value out there n I did so much research before I asked my wife to go to COLONIAL.........Ill be back, when my car is time to go.
THanks to all and. Especially to,DAWN and ERIc the owner for calling himself not having some assistant calling, he has a great staff and they deserve your business.

Wonderful Service - MichaelHinton
I recently leased my second Audi from Day Audi, where Steve Catalo and company provided a candid and smooth experience. I would highly recommend them as they were straightforward and accessible throughout the entirety of the process -- even post-transaction.
Great as always - artbran
Let's be honest. I'm lazy and don't feel like changing my own oil which was the purpose of my most recent trip into the dealership. Honestly, I just don't want to deal with crawling under the car, dealing with the hot oil, messing with the filter and so on. Just easier to give it to these guys and it's not much more expensive than if I were to do it myself. It's roughly $20 more which, like I said, is worth it.
Plus the fact that you get service history which makes it easier if by chance there were some issues.
They always get me in when I ask for service. Recently had a wheel bearing go out due to hitting a curb when someone cut me off. They got the car in the same day, replaced the wheel bearing, aligned it and back into my hands by the end of the day. Can't ask for better service. Thumbs up guys!
Always Excellent - EEM
I have purchased/leased several Jettas from the Wynn group over the past several years. My experience with both the dealers and service department are always easy and enjoyable. All staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
Great experience - kpadamonsky
We had a really good experience at Fiore Toyota. We purchased a used 2013 Sienna, and I absolutely love it. Thanks for all your help and the cup of coffee, Mike!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The York VW team is exceptional! Purchased my car there new in 2011 and they've been taking great care of it since!
Great experience - fast, fair and friendly! - First Jetta
They had by far the best pricing in the area. And the experience of test driving and then purchasing was quick, friendly and without pressure. Highly recommend Cochran Volkswagen!

Awesome experience - Ridge161
Great experience! I had researched the Eos before I came in and just planned to test drive but experience was too good to refuse! Mike was so helpful but never made me feel pressured. Offer was fair and everyone I dealt with was super professional. Mike gave me a lot of time and space to make my decision!
Look no further!!! - Moonsliver
I've always thought that car shopping should be a joy, but it never has been...until NOW!!!
I recently found myself in the most unexpected position of having to purchase a new vehicle. Needless to say, I dreaded the experience.
After contacting another dealer and getting absolutely nowhere, I reached out to Hillcrest VW (previously unknown to me), and within minutes, I was contacted by Broderick Alley. What a gift!!!
From beginning to end, Broderick was professional, conscientious, diligent, and attentive...not to mention just a whole lot of fun. Yes, you read that right...I actually had FUN purchasing my vehicle.
Broderick and Hillcrest were able to deliver to me a quality vehicle at a reasonable price in a timely fashion, and with just about the best customer service that I've experienced in ages.
Thank you, Broderick and Hillcrest, from a VERY satisfied customer!!!
Excellent - Beth71

Great, no hassles - Cinromy
My daughter purchased a used Subaru Forester on May 13, 2016. She and my husband worked with Jim Struble. He worked with them to get the payments to where she needed them, actually lower by a few $. He did everything he could to accommodate them. Gave them a totally good deal on her trade in.
I liked her car so much my husband and I went back less than a week later, saw Jim and purchased a 2016 forester. Again good trade in for my vehicle. There were no hassles, told them what we wanted to pay...pretty effortless. Jim did everything he could to make our experience a pleasant one. Great guy.
My daughter had a glitche with her gps. He and the dealership again accommodated in replacing it.
Went back and jay reeducate do me on the specifics of the vehicle, he was fun personable and a great educator, thanks jay stulbarg!
Thoughtless service - Scott Blackburn
Needed to have my Jetta AC looked at, running warm. I stopped in on 6/23 and the ever so unhelpful service tech said no one can look at my car until 7/5. I said "you must be kidding". He simply stated "hard to believe isn't it". I am very easy going, but it was obvious no one cared. Two other managers were standing close by and no one responded. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! I have a very successful sales career for 30 years, because I always take care of the customer. Not my experience here!!!
Always a Pleasure - Reneesvoice
Just wanted to send a note of thanks to Bertolet!
I was in today for a 20,000 mile check up on my Tiguan (a last minute appointment that was accommodated easily by Chris in Service).
You guys never disappoint! AND I was so impressed to get a video from the tech working on my car! Your dad even offered me a quiet space to work while I was there - which was great!
My car was done in a small amount of time, the service techs checked in, provided status, and gave me info to make my service decisions easy.
Thank you very much for being consistently customer focused, pleasant to do business with, and inspiring trust and confidence in doing business with Bertolet.
Pleasant and easy - ccarter00
While this is a few months late, I wanted to be sure to give a review on my experience with Piazza and with Mike Robinson (sales) and John Zecchino (finance). I would never have driven out to Ardmore if it wasn't for Autotrader.com. I was starting to have issues with my second Jetta and needed to find a solid yet affordable replacement, and I found a beautiful used CC at a deal on the site that led me to the guys at Piazza. Mike was extremely helpful (even without an appointment) and took me on a nice long test drive, on which he didn't appear to fear for his life as tested the car on the twisty turning road! I was not "wowed" by the drive in the CC, so Mike urged me to test drive the 2014 Jetta GLI on the lot (only 10k miles) and I loved it!! His no pressure style was very welcome and from there the paperwork went very smoothly. I love the car and the deal! The whole experience was easy, fairly quick (as far as car buying experiences go) and really enjoyable. I would recommend them for your next car buying experience - and of course, I'll always recommend a VW!
No excuses - Come to Faulkner VW FIRST! - Rubie T
I recently purchased my 2008 Passat Lux after my 2002 VW Passat was totaled. It was a tough experience as the latter was my first car, and it was going to be hard to top it. It took 2 months to find a newer car, and Jodie Payne made that happen. I felt as if the entire sales department had my back, honestly. Whenever a potential car was traded in, I was notified and came in for a test drive. Eventually, the 2008 Passat won my heart, with the help of Jodie and the service Department, managed by Jeff W. Furthermore, both Brian Price (GM) and Brian (service) spoke with me personally about the vehicle, the servicing it needed, and what they could do to further accommodate me. The entire experience was smooth and not what I expected from purchasing a car from a dealership - my first car purchase was from a private seller, so this was a new experience for me altogether. As a 20 year old college student, I can say that I was treated with 100% honesty and fairness. There were no scams or gimmicks, no shadiness, and moreover, I got the perfect car out of it. Kudos to all at Faulkner VW! Highly recommend. I encourage anybody to check out their inventory, stop in for a test drive, or get their car serviced here FIRST!
Fantastic Dealership - todd92
Easy going, honest, straight shooters. Exactly the kind of car dealer that deserves your business. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with on the 2016 Golf R I just purchased. 1st place I'll look if I'm in the market for another VW.
STAY AWAY!!! - Jeremy S
I bought a Ford F-150 from gilboy and was very unhappy with the experience at the dealership. They are Completely unprofessional and unorganized.I highly recommend you buy somewhere else!
Most straightforward sales team out there. - JJW
I bought a 2016 GTI from YBH, and recently helped a friend get her new 2016 Jetta there. These were the two simplest, most honest transactions I have ever been a part of in 25 years of car shopping. The YBH sales team understands people today don't want to old song and dance. They want information and an informed, straightforward sales experience. In both cases, the deals were essentially done over email, and amazingly they did not change one penny when we showed up. I have had the frustration elsewhere of having dealers say "that is the deal" in email, then try to back out of it in the showroom.
Simply put, if a VW is a car you'd consider, I'd strongly recommend YBH.
Super Lemon! - disappointedgal
Super Lemon! If you make a moderate to low income, Do not buy a used car from these folks! You'll spend thousands of dollars to fix it. I didn't do my research and bought a Passat 2006. Lots of problems Had it for 3 years. Engine light keep coming on. They fixed it. Cost Me $2000.00 Engine light still came on. $500.00 for brake work. Exhaust pipe broke at catalytic converter. They wanted $1300.00. It smelled like dirt. I am thinking it was in a flood somewhere. They had Dryer sheets under my seats to mask the smell when i bought it. I didn't know till later. Shady! Oh and lets not forget they said I had slivers of metal in my oil pan. and said it would cost me a pretty penny like $2500.00 to take it a part and fix what ever they were talking about. But it might just be the engine. So it might cost more. I traded that car in and bought something else somewhere else. Never again Volkswagon. Smile in your face and rob you blind! But they did offer me to come in for a complimentary car wash.
Service Nightmares - kevinandtrish
I have had four cars serviced between myself and my wife. Fred Beans' shop is near the Paoli local train, so it is a convenient drop off. However, we are through. Here is a brief list of annoying service incidents:
1) Passat: Fuel tank recall, car was returned leaking gasoline.
2) Jetta Sportwagen TDI: air filter intake tube not connected after service (fixed it myself. )
3) Jetta TDI Sportwagen: air filter never changed after 50 K miles ( free service = no service, IMHO) changed itmyself
4) Golf TDI: dropped car for A/C service. First time the problem was not diagnosed; the car was obviously not test driven. Second time: I was charged 350.00 for "troubleshooting". The replacement part was about 50.00. Rude Service guy, failed to call and tell us the car wasn't ready before pickup. The svc dept failed to honor my request to give me the replaced part, so....
5) GTI: Two trips for service of AC under warrantee. (They eventually sent it to Mike Piazza in Ardmore)
That's enough. I will never spend another nickel there. Ever.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - abc123xyz890
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
I contacted this dealership's Internet Sales team to inquire about pricing for a Black 2015 VW GTI Autobahn. I expressed my interest to purchase the vehicle if the price was right and also inquired about military discounts available, financing rates through VW to compare against my credit union, and the process to purchase/register the vehicle from PA to MD where I live.
I was transferred to a regular sales guy who said I could get the car, with a military discount for about $900 under MSRP. TrueCar estimate for my area was about $1800 under MSRP. It wasn't a spectacular deal, but it was the only package/color car I could find within 75 miles.
When I inquired about the process to purchase the car in PA and have it registered in MD (to include paying taxes, tags, etc), they said they had the capability to do it.
When I inquired about financing rates through VW, I was told 0.9% for 5 years. I requested clarification on whether that was for 2014 model years or if it included 2015 model years as well. I was told it was for all VWs. I also emphasized the reason for asking was I could get a 1.9% from my credit union and have all paperwork ready before venturing to the dealership.
Satisfied with the quotes in pricing, financing and explanation of how the car would be registered, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, July 19, 2014 to purchase the vehicle.
When I arrived, I went on a test drive with the sales person. He demonstrated the amazing handling of the car before handing the keys over to me to complete my own test drive. Satisfied with the performance of the vehicle, we proceeded back to the dealer to draw up the paperwork.
I was told that I wouldn't be able to drive home with MD tags on the vehicle because their normal person that issued tags didn't work on Saturdays, so I would have to drive the car to a title/tag place to obtain transfer tags. I was also informed the paperwork obtained from the tag/title place would be all I needed to obtain registration in MD.
The loan paperwork was drawn up and when presented, it had incorrect MD state tax amounts and the financing amount was 2.4% instead of 0.9%. They fixed the tax amount and said the 0.9% was only for 2014 vehicles, contradicting their previous answer, leaving me with either the choice to take the higher rate or delay the purchase of the vehicle. Since the dealership was an hour away, I opted to deal with the higher interest rate and consider refinancing later.
I next confirmed my insurance with the dealer to take ownership of the car. This process took a little longer, as the information had to be related to the sales person several times.
Next, I drove the car to the tag/title place with the sales person in tow. On the way, he activated the VW CareNet service, but before I was fully complete, he hung up because the tag/title place was closing in 5 minutes. When inside, I found out the cost of these transfer tags were above and beyond the sale of the car. Not a huge deal, but this was the first time I had a separate out of pocket expense to get a vehicle on the road. As we wrapped up, I asked if everything I had was all I needed to go to the MD MVA to get MD tags. I was told yes.
Satisfied with the answer and convinced the dealer was an expert in areas necessary to get a vehicle on the road for its customers, I then took the sales person back to the dealership. He asked if I could hang out for a second to make sure he didn't have anything else for me. After sitting in the car for about 5 minutes, he asked me to come in and SIGN THE LOAN APPLICATION! Yes, they almost sent me on my way without signing the loan application. I signed the loan application and went on my way. Total time at the dealership was about 2.5-3 hours.
After a few days, I started to complete the paperwork required to register the vehicle in MD. I filled out everything I needed except for the loan information required for the title. I had to wait until I received that information before I could venture to the MD MVA. I finally received the information and proceed to the MD MVA on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. 17 days after purchasing the vehicle and 17 days into the 30-day transfer tag life span. When I arrived at the MD MVA, they told me I need the title to register the vehicle. After I explained the course of events and the guidance provided by the dealership and the tag/title place, the MD MVA stated there was nothing in their system and that without the title, they couldn't help me. They also said if I paid the taxes, Autohaus must complete the registration or provide a refund of the taxes paid so I could pay MD.
I immediately called the tag/title place and they researched my issue. The sales person, called me back and said the tags will be sent to me via FedEx and I should have them in the next day or two. I went out of town from August 7th - August 16th, expecting the tags would be at my house when I returned. Much to my surprise, they were not. I called the dealership and the sales person and left a message explaining I needed the tags delivered before Monday morning so I could get to work. Saturday night, I received a text message response from the sales person telling me to call a Registration person Monday morning because that is the person who processed my paperwork. This obviously didn't help me get to work on Monday.
My 30 day transfer tags expired the next day, so I was unable to drive the vehicle until I could get a valid registration in MD.
On Monday, August 18, 2014, I called the dealership and asked for the Registration person by name. I was told no person by that name worked there. After explaining my situation, I was directed to the correct person. She took my information and said she would call me back. I never received a call back from her, but I received a call back from the sales person. He stated that the issue is out of their hands and in the hands of the tag/title place. He said it will be a few days until I get my tags. I asked which title service Autohaus used and was told Beacon National Auto Tag and Title. When I expressed my frustration about the inconvenience of me having to track this down and having no way of getting to work until I got the tags, all I got in response was, “I understand your frustration, but there's nothing I can do”. I asked when my application for registration was sent to Beacon National Auto Tag and Title and his response was, "that happens up in the office and that's like a whole nother world." Convinced talking to this sales person was not going to yield any results in resolving my issue, I ended the call.
I decided to call the Autohaus VM Sales Manager, to elevate my issue. After explaining the history to him, I told him I either needed tags that day or they could come pick up the car and refund my money. He stated the refund wasn't an option, so he'd try to help me out, but since it was so late in the day, he doubted anything would be resolved that day. I expressed my frustration that it wasn't my fault it was so late in the day OR that the tags expired. He asked if he could call me back by 5:15pm so he could track down the status of my registration and asked if he didn't hear from me by then to call him back. I accepted and hung up.
The Autohaus VM Sales Manager called me back at 5:19pm and stated he tracked down the issue. He said there was an issue with Beacon National Auto Tag and Title not being able to read my license number from the photocopy of my license and that they resolved the issue. He said he was going to email me a FedEx tracking number for my tags with an estimated delivery date of August 20th or August 21st. I asked him how I was supposed to get to work between now (Monday, August 18th) and when I got the tags. His response was to drive the vehicle anyway because it should be in the system. I told him I doubt the MD State Police would see that as an acceptable reason for not having a valid registration. He said it wasn't a big deal. I then asked him when the packet was sent to Beacon National Auto Tag and Title and he said he didn't ask that, he only asked about when I would get it. He didn't offer to find out.
I waited 20 minutes after I hung up with him, and still didn't receive the FedEx tracking number. I sent him an email to ensure he had my correct email address. He responded with the tracking number. The next morning I checked the tracking number and it didn't exist. I sent him an email asking to confirm if the tracking number was correct and he said he would check.
Unsatisfied with the service and answers I've received from this dealership on any topic thus far, I decided to call Beacon National Auto Tag and Title myself to get their version. Here is what I was told.
Beacon received the request from Autohaus on July 30, 2014 (12 days after I purchased the vehicle).
Beacon responded to Autohaus on July 30, 2014 requesting clarification on my license number (6 days before I initially called requesting the status of my registration).
Beacon didn't receive a response from Autohaus until August 18, 2014, 18 days after Beacon requested clarification, 1 day after my tag expired, and coincidentally on the same day I called the dealership again.
Beacon also stated Autohaus was scheduled to receive the tags on August 19, 2014 from Beacon and that I was scheduled to receive them from Autohaus via FedEx tomorrow. This explained why the number the Autohaus VM Sales Manager provided was not found.
Since I hadn't received any response from the Autohaus VM Sales Manager on the invalid FedEx tracking number, I responded to him with the information I received from Beacon. I also told them I trusted they would place high priority on ensuring these tags made it to me by the scheduled delivery date of tomorrow.
I also reiterated that I had a brand new car sitting in my garage that I couldn't drive yet and that I was greatly inconvenienced in my ability to get to work for 3 days. I expressed my thought that this was all due to the negligence of Autohaus and the issue was exacerbated by Autohaus's attempt to cover up their negligence. I also relayed my concern that since I called on 5AUG to inquire on the status, this could have all been resolved prior to the expiration of my transfer tags.
I expressed my regret in using Autohaus, but was hopeful they could rectify the situation and provide some sort of compensation commensurate to the level of inconvenience and lost time/wages caused by this chain of events.
As of September 5th, I have yet to receive any response, acknowledgement or apology from Autohaus, the VW General Sales Manager or the Sale person for the horrible service. Steer clear of this dealership. No part of the experience was good. Pricing, financing, service, knowledge, accountability, expertise... ALL SUBSTANDARD.
Very trustworthy service department. They will make sure... - nas179
Very trustworthy service department. They will make sure things are done right at any cost. Josh and Randy stayed over an hour late to make sure I was able to get home with my car. They have always been honest and open with me, and make the hour drive for a simple oil change worthwhile for me. I would recommend the service any day over any other dealer I have been to. Trustworthy service is hard to find anymore, these guys will make it worth your time! Thanks guys!
