The salesman, Ryan was very helpful. He took the time to explain my options between the different trims. He was also very helpful showing me how to work some of the new technology. Nicole was also very good in financing. She worked with me to get a payment I could afford. I will recommend the and New Motors to my friends. I don't usually like working with sales people because they can be pushy. That was not my experience at New Motors. Ryan went out of his way to explain things. I felt that he really cared that I got the right car for me. I am very happy with it.

Having only ridden in the back seat of our daughters Jetta (which we enjoyed). When it came time to down size and let go of our 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Hemi powered with ever option available, I researched the "now Hot" small SUV market segment, visited dealers, talked numbers but was not impressed enough to go forward. Then while discussing my concern with my wife (who will drive 90% of mileage) she mentioned how easy it had been to get in and out of the Jetta back seat, ( not usually easy for my wife) and how much our Daughter and her Husband liked the car, So went to visit the smaller VW Dealership just a couple of miles up the road. Vince Luca spent time with me explaining the VW line up, with options available, etc. then he let me drive each model type with various trim levels until I was wore out! Next day I brought my wife back to experience the Jetta SE, which we felt would work for us in our retirement years. We agreed to very decent terms presented by Vince and went home to wait to p/u the jetta the next day. However, second thoughts of living with a well equipped Jetta SE when compared to our super well equipped Jeep, lead use to call Vive and request info on what he had in a SEL! Vince had no problems with our "Up sell request" and even had a white Jetta in stock, so all incentives remained. Ryan Sicchitano helped us put the sale in my wife's name (something we had neglected to do over the years). Later that afternoon we p/u the car and are now enjoying our new Jetta!

I bought my first Subaru on July 4th. I've owned several other brands of vehicle. I dealt with Dan Reardon. He was awesome. Not a high pressure salesman. Also met with Shawn. I would describe him as the manager of all things Colonial Subaru. Both could not have been more thoughtful, knowledgeable and concerned about my sales experience. I would highly recommend Dan and Shawn for your next purchase. I think they knew how much I hate the car buying experience. Not this time. Smooth and painless all around.

No complaints at all,which is a big statement for me to make while purchasing a new vehicle. And as far as the car goes,I bought a Subaru Impreza limited, and I highly recommend this car.what an awesome upgrade from my horrible 2014 decision of purchasing a new Ford Focus.the car is smooth, powerful enough, all whee drive,and still has awesome mpg!

Not much to say that the others have not. From Donna and Gary (online and phone) to Darren and Andy, fantastic experience. The wife loves her new VW Atlas and I should not have wasted 5 hours at my local VW dealer. (Fiore VW Audi) Unlike them, Day and their whole team made the experience, not to mention the DEAL, worth my 1.5 hr drive. Considering the Atlas is a brand new model that has just been released, I can forgive the lack of VW discounts on them. Other than that very minor gripe, the numbers worked out just fine. Thanks again to everyone at Day and especially to Darren for a pleasant afternoon.

I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.

I received notice in the mail that there were some recalls on my car and I needed to bring it to a dealership to be fixed. Since I just recently moved to PA, I wasn't sure what Volkswagen dealership to use...so like most people I looked on the internet to find the closest one to my house and then crossed my fingers that they were good. From the very beginning, contacting the service department, to the very end, picking up my vehicle, they were fantastic. Very nice, helpful, thorough, easy to work with.

I felt like I was dealing with friends through the entire process of buying my 2017 Passat SE with Technology Package. I had been negotiating with several dealerships in PA, but Mike single handedly earned my business with his prompt and honest responses, as well as his genuine and charismatic personality. They had my paper work ready in no time and Audi Finance Manager, Ellen Fryer, walked me through all of my options and she gladly clarified anything I was unsure of. Ellen also explained and sold me on the extended warranties/protection plans without being aggressive or using misleading tactics like I've encountered at other dealerships. As an outbound call center manager I understand, appreciate, and admire ethical customer service while remaining a successful sales organization in industries where a few bad people have made an overall negative reputation for the good companies like us. I was offered a fair price without having to haggle or worry there were going to be hidden fees, Mike was upfront and honest while disclosing everything I needed to know before I even walked in the door. There was never any pressure to buy, and my time and concerns were always respected and addressed immediately. The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless, painless, and completely enjoyable. I have done nothing but rave about Mike and Ellen, and will continue to encourage potential buyers (cars.com, autotrader...etc) to contact them, I guarantee they will be willing to travel to purchase a car like I did. I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta from J. Bertolet and have been thrilled with the service and integrity of everyone at the dealership. I live in the Reading area, and whenever the car needs its mileage service, John arranges a convenient time to pick up my car to take to the dealership and lends me his car for the day. As with all cars, something inevitably will go wrong. You can trust the people at J. Bertolet. The service technician sent me a video of the problem, discussed several options, and I felt confident that the repair would be done in a cost effective and efficient way. He even suggested I call VW headquarters and ask them to reimburse me for the repairs - which they did - a complete reimbursement for parts and labor! I am so happy to do business with people who are not only invested in the product they sell, but more importantly, are invested in the people and community they serve.

If you own a Volkswagen that's in need of service, you'd be insane to take your car anywhere else. I recently had an issue with my 2012 Jetta that my mechanic was unable to fix. I took it over to Colonial, and I was amazed with the service department. I met with Chad Condon, the service advisor, and he will be the reason I will continue to take my vehicle to this establishment. I'm not familiar with her owns Colonial Volkswagen, but Chad is as professional as they come. Thank you Mr. Condon, and thank you Colonial Volkswagen for all of your help!

I lost money; I lost my 2009 Tiguan (29,000 miles) to a mechanical defect and service negligence. In less than two years, I paid $7,600- for an engine and now I lost my Tiguan. The SUV was declared a total loss. Why? Because Ardmore Piazza VW. the Service dept. is a bunch of money-oriented people and Management, Customers, Ethic or Job Quality mean nothing to them. This is my experience with PIAZZA VOLKSWAGEN (how is yours?)
