Our (my husband and I's) experience at North Penn Imports was the most comfortable, smooth and hassle-free purchase ever!!! Who knew that was possible when buying a car? lol Our salesman Tim Notarianni was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about him (and the dealership in general), but I'll start with he was friendly, personable and honest. Even after the car was purchased and we had to go back to have an accessory put on it, he still was as helpful and attentive to our needs, even coming in before his shift to make sure he was available in case we had an questions or concerns. We had a 2 hour drive to and fro to the dealership, and the enjoyable experience we had with Tim and the rest of North Penn staff made it worth the trip. So just like their motto says.....it was "The Right Experience and The Right Choice"! Thank you Tim!....and see you again when we are ready to purchase a convertible! :)

I really like their approach to used cars... selling them at very reasonable rates instead of sending them to auction. I got a low mileage 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited fully loaded for about 2500 less than what everyone else was charging. They processed the sale quickly and got me in the car and on my way.

After buying 11 cars from them I guess it's time to spread the word. I bought my first VW from them in 2000 and just purchased a Teguan 7/1/16. I have had a few different salesmen over the years they seem to get better as time rolls along.They were always well versed in what they were selling and very personable right down to the owner who will take the time to chat and say hi. The latest salesman Tim Smith is great to work with and is very helpful in steering you toward what works and is right for you. So if your interested in a new car do yourself a favor stop in and talk to them. And I can't neglect the service department I always felt the repairs and recommendations were done well and the advice sound.

Told me my turbo was bad on my 2002 WRX and needed replaced, got two other opinions, both said turbo was good and head gasket was bad. Not very confident with this dealers repair shop. Repaired by private shop and back on the road...turbo is fine.

Needed to have my Jetta AC looked at, running warm. I stopped in on 6/23 and the ever so unhelpful service tech said no one can look at my car until 7/5. I said "you must be kidding". He simply stated "hard to believe isn't it". I am very easy going, but it was obvious no one cared. Two other managers were standing close by and no one responded. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! I have a very successful sales career for 30 years, because I always take care of the customer. Not my experience here!!!

While this is a few months late, I wanted to be sure to give a review on my experience with Piazza and with Mike Robinson (sales) and John Zecchino (finance). I would never have driven out to Ardmore if it wasn't for Autotrader.com. I was starting to have issues with my second Jetta and needed to find a solid yet affordable replacement, and I found a beautiful used CC at a deal on the site that led me to the guys at Piazza. Mike was extremely helpful (even without an appointment) and took me on a nice long test drive, on which he didn't appear to fear for his life as tested the car on the twisty turning road! I was not "wowed" by the drive in the CC, so Mike urged me to test drive the 2014 Jetta GLI on the lot (only 10k miles) and I loved it!! His no pressure style was very welcome and from there the paperwork went very smoothly. I love the car and the deal! The whole experience was easy, fairly quick (as far as car buying experiences go) and really enjoyable. I would recommend them for your next car buying experience - and of course, I'll always recommend a VW!

I recently purchased my 2008 Passat Lux after my 2002 VW Passat was totaled. It was a tough experience as the latter was my first car, and it was going to be hard to top it. It took 2 months to find a newer car, and Jodie Payne made that happen. I felt as if the entire sales department had my back, honestly. Whenever a potential car was traded in, I was notified and came in for a test drive. Eventually, the 2008 Passat won my heart, with the help of Jodie and the service Department, managed by Jeff W. Furthermore, both Brian Price (GM) and Brian (service) spoke with me personally about the vehicle, the servicing it needed, and what they could do to further accommodate me. The entire experience was smooth and not what I expected from purchasing a car from a dealership - my first car purchase was from a private seller, so this was a new experience for me altogether. As a 20 year old college student, I can say that I was treated with 100% honesty and fairness. There were no scams or gimmicks, no shadiness, and moreover, I got the perfect car out of it. Kudos to all at Faulkner VW! Highly recommend. I encourage anybody to check out their inventory, stop in for a test drive, or get their car serviced here FIRST!

I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta from J. Bertolet and have been thrilled with the service and integrity of everyone at the dealership. I live in the Reading area, and whenever the car needs its mileage service, John arranges a convenient time to pick up my car to take to the dealership and lends me his car for the day. As with all cars, something inevitably will go wrong. You can trust the people at J. Bertolet. The service technician sent me a video of the problem, discussed several options, and I felt confident that the repair would be done in a cost effective and efficient way. He even suggested I call VW headquarters and ask them to reimburse me for the repairs - which they did - a complete reimbursement for parts and labor! I am so happy to do business with people who are not only invested in the product they sell, but more importantly, are invested in the people and community they serve.

I bought a 2016 GTI from YBH, and recently helped a friend get her new 2016 Jetta there. These were the two simplest, most honest transactions I have ever been a part of in 25 years of car shopping. The YBH sales team understands people today don't want to old song and dance. They want information and an informed, straightforward sales experience. In both cases, the deals were essentially done over email, and amazingly they did not change one penny when we showed up. I have had the frustration elsewhere of having dealers say "that is the deal" in email, then try to back out of it in the showroom.
Simply put, if a VW is a car you'd consider, I'd strongly recommend YBH.

Super Lemon! If you make a moderate to low income, Do not buy a used car from these folks! You'll spend thousands of dollars to fix it. I didn't do my research and bought a Passat 2006. Lots of problems Had it for 3 years. Engine light keep coming on. They fixed it. Cost Me $2000.00 Engine light still came on. $500.00 for brake work. Exhaust pipe broke at catalytic converter. They wanted $1300.00. It smelled like dirt. I am thinking it was in a flood somewhere. They had Dryer sheets under my seats to mask the smell when i bought it. I didn't know till later. Shady! Oh and lets not forget they said I had slivers of metal in my oil pan. and said it would cost me a pretty penny like $2500.00 to take it a part and fix what ever they were talking about. But it might just be the engine. So it might cost more. I traded that car in and bought something else somewhere else. Never again Volkswagon. Smile in your face and rob you blind! But they did offer me to come in for a complimentary car wash.

I have had four cars serviced between myself and my wife. Fred Beans' shop is near the Paoli local train, so it is a convenient drop off. However, we are through. Here is a brief list of annoying service incidents:
1) Passat: Fuel tank recall, car was returned leaking gasoline.
2) Jetta Sportwagen TDI: air filter intake tube not connected after service (fixed it myself. )
3) Jetta TDI Sportwagen: air filter never changed after 50 K miles ( free service = no service, IMHO) changed itmyself
4) Golf TDI: dropped car for A/C service. First time the problem was not diagnosed; the car was obviously not test driven. Second time: I was charged 350.00 for "troubleshooting". The replacement part was about 50.00. Rude Service guy, failed to call and tell us the car wasn't ready before pickup. The svc dept failed to honor my request to give me the replaced part, so....
5) GTI: Two trips for service of AC under warrantee. (They eventually sent it to Mike Piazza in Ardmore)
That's enough. I will never spend another nickel there. Ever.

Very trustworthy service department. They will make sure things are done right at any cost. Josh and Randy stayed over an hour late to make sure I was able to get home with my car. They have always been honest and open with me, and make the hour drive for a simple oil change worthwhile for me. I would recommend the service any day over any other dealer I have been to. Trustworthy service is hard to find anymore, these guys will make it worth your time! Thanks guys!
