i took my 22 Challenger in for service and car wash and left it for at least 7 days and they never washed it. They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

Do NOT ever bring your vehicle here for repairs. I dropped my Jeep off over Memorial Day 2025 weekend for a few easy recall repairs. When I picked it up a few days later, it had been broken into. Damage to the vehicle locking console as well as valuable items stolen. After some research and discussion with the service team members, break-ins at this location are a common occurrence. They are aware it happens every weekend yet continue to do nothing about it. And when I tried to go through the proper channels to get reimbursed, they basically told me they aren't responsible and it'd be on my to pay for the repairs and stolen items. Brent Rayfield, the General Manager, and Luis Villafane, the Service Shop Manager, are completely inept. They avoid calls and emails, and even tried to tell me I was lying when I said I was going to file police reports and reach out to local news outlets (two stations have informed me they are picking up the story, too, since it's a recurring issue). Never take your vehicle here for repairs. It won't be safe. I got my Jeep back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible Experience with Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I dropped off my truck on Thursday to have the active grill shutter inspected due to a possible wiring issue or failure. After waiting over 3 hours for a response from the service advisor, I decided to leave and wait for a follow-up call. Near the end of the business day, I finally received a call informing me that the grill shutters were unresponsive and needed replacement. I was also told that my water pump was leaking. This turned out to be completely false. My water pump was not leaking, but I was still charged for a replacement. When I asked the service tech, Landon, to show me the leak he claimed was coming from behind the pulley, no one could provide any evidence. On the day my truck was supposed to be ready, Mark Proctor called to say that the thermostat housing and heater hose were now leaking and needed to be replaced. It turns out these components were working fine until Landon damaged them while replacing the water pump. To make matters worse, after paying over $2,400, I picked up my truck to find it not reassembled properly and fitted with clearly used replacement parts—especially the active grill shutter, which was dusty and visibly worn. I spoke with Alberto Olvera, a service lead, who got defensive when I questioned the charges. He even admitted that the water pump wasn’t leaking and that it would be highly unlikely given its design. While he discounted the part, I was still charged over $1,200 in labor for something that didn’t need fixing. When I brought this to the general manager, Jen McCumber, she was completely dismissive. She pretended to take down my information, only to later call someone else and refer to me as a liar. Her reasoning? Because the tech had worked there for years, nothing could be done. I was left feeling unheard, disrespected, and—based on the interaction—possibly racially profiled. I’m incredibly disappointed and upset by this whole experience. I expected transparency and professionalism and instead walked away with unnecessary repairs, poor workmanship, and a $2,400 bill for problems that either didn’t exist or were caused by their own staff.

They did a fraud on Financing, they even did not provide all paper work and when we call them back there are no response. They even don't respect their advertised price. They cheat you with your credit score and even they pass your credit report to other companies without your permission. These are some example of cheat and fraud. Stay away and don't do any business with them.
