Recently bought a car at this dealer. Thought the whole purchase process to be very easy. Then found out the vehicle delivered was not the vehicle agreed to. If you go here then triple check everything and do not leave dealer until you know you got what you expected. Suggest shopping elsewhere.

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I have a close friend that works at this location, John Stapp, so it came to me highly recommended, and I knew I would be well taken care of. Everyone was very professional. My sales associate John Staten was did an amazing job in finding what I was looking for. I worked very closely with Aaron Stoddard in the service department to insure my new purchase will be will taken care of, and have some much needed parts ordered and installed. A trailer braking system was a must have for my new vehicle. Carlos Castro in Financial Services made the process as smooth as possible, and was able to give any explanation for questions I had.

Zero stars was not an option unfortunately. You would think a place like this is reputable and takes care of their customers but, no. Management is awful and unethical.They have Bad customer service, bad follow up, bad communication from sales and service department. Worst service advisor ever (Jose). They sold me a $20,000 vehicle with bad suspension and will not fix (Carolyn- sales-woman). I Took car in for oil change and a malfunction code on 4/17 (vehicle was drivable and had no issues when dropped off). They said my vehicle (Mercedes suv) would be done same day. Turns out they were unable to check it on their own and had to send it to Mercedes dealership to check the code. They Had my car sitting for over a week before they sent to Mercedes then it sat at Mercedes for 2 weeks because meador wasn’t communicating with them. Finally received vehicle on 5/9 in bad condition. completely different condition than it was when I dropped it off. They gave my vehicle to me on a flat tire and tilted and unsafe driving condition(never had issues with my tires or vehicle being tilted). I brought it to service advisor Jose’s attention that my tire was flat and push start button was missing the vehicle was also tilted and looked unsafe to drive but he advised me that it was fine (it was raining on top of that and they would not offer any other transportation for me to get home). I drove it home and vehicle skid across the freeway and brakes were scraping and wouldn’t work in time and I almost had an accident due to the unsafe conditions of the vehicle. Never had any issues with the brakes prior to drop off. Got home and tire was on flat AGAIN. Called to speak to service manager and Assistant GM and General Manager about the conditions and of course no response or call back. They do not care about their customers. I Will update this review if anything is done about it.

Once again I called AutoNation Katy and ask about a few items I am waiting on. While talking to service they set appointments for oil change (Full Service) Diego greeted me even 20 minutes early. I had another appointment and I never mentioned it. Your’s and My Service advisor once again let a happy customer on his way. Diego explained every thing they completed on my Jeep Gladitor. He always shows up with a smile and really cares about his position as a Service Advisor. If I was Still a GM and not retired I would try and steal him. Diego is a true asset to AutoNaton Katy.
