The young lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She managed a very busy morning by herself with much grace and poise. Great customer service skills. My only issue is that every time I come in, there is always grease or dirt left on vehicle. This time it was grease on the door and handle of a just washed vehicle and on the engine start/ stop button. Last time it was a greasy footprint on the mat.

I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond.
